I spoke to the representative on the phone, very friendly, very efficient and helpful. I received my little girl's supplies, a couple of days ago. My son was diagnosed with mild autism on February 2024 he is now 3 year old and it hard to potty train him, he not talking that much so I did some research and found out Medicaid pay for pull up and other stuff so I did some research and found out about S2 supply the person I work with McKeiver ,he is so nice and funny it was in September it took some time because we was having some problem with my son pediatrician signature , in November finally got the right information from my son pediatrician now just waiting for Medicaid to approve it but they just sent the first order getting his package in 3-4 days so appreciate for them

Company repeatedly tried to deny us service because we were not ordering enough supplies at one time. Despite what was prescribed by doctor, they did not want to service small orders. Swapping to UroMed.
