I was sent here from my oncologist with a long list of hard to find supplies. Several of the specific types of picc line accessories they don’t carry. The lady at the front talked to the nurses in their home healthcare and found everything I needed. All three of the employees came out to help and asked about my condition and if it would be ok if they prayed for me. I am shocked their reviews aren’t better. Sometimes people only take time to complain and not complement others. My experience was exceptional at this SAAD Medical Equipment.

If I could give less than one star, I would have. I had a prescription for a nebulizer for breathing treatments because I have lung cancer. I brought this prescription to this location to be filled. It took them two weeks to NOT fill it. I was given every excuse in the book for not filling it. My insurance company, my Dr, the hospital all were to blame according to the young lady behind the counter. My prescription was moved to another durable medical supplier and within three hours it was not only filled but brought to my house and set up. Be very aware of how little effort this location is going to put into talking care of you.
