If there was an option to put zero stars I would. This company dosent take neglect reports seriously and dosent care about their patients. My mother passed away over a month ago and her nurse who works the company name Baatryz wasn’t taking proper care of my mother. Her room and closet had mold going up the walls and windows. I sent the company proof evidence and did nothing about the situation at all but keep send me to another company. Please don’t go to this company for your family members and if you do make sure you check on them because they don’t do their job accordingly and properly. Unfortunately I can’t get my mom back but if I had known sooner I would have done something.
