I’ve been over to Sadhaka a few times now and it’s an awesome space! Dani and Hunter are great! They’re very knowledgeable about the different services they provide at Sadhaka along with so many other spiritual and healing modalities! This is a great place to release and reset the mind body and soul and a great community of people to surround oneself with as well. 5/5 review from me! Cold Plunge!! I was very nervous because I am not fond of cold water. I went in, no hesitation, it was coooooold and fabulous! I stayed in six minutes. Happy with my first plunge! Perceived boundaries broken!!! And the support through it was amazing! I recommend Sadhaka Wellness Center to everyone wanting a true authentic transformational experience!! I have found my tribe ❤️

I loved visiting Sadhaka Wellness Center. It's obvious the founders really live and love their offerings. Highly recommend for those experienced in somatic healing or looking to try it for the first time. As we all go through our day we become stressed or anxious with what may get tossed at us.
As of recent I have been almost daily visiting the wellness center. When I walk in the door my mindset changes, my stress level dissipates. It all starts with a hug from Dani the owner. Her energy is infectious. I typically will have tears of relief rolling down my cheeks before I even start with all of the stages of therapy. If you want to release your stress and feel a better you , I highly recommend you try this wellness center at Least once. I promise it is an experience you will want to have over and over.

I went today for the Nervous System Reset Package as a birthday gift to myself and wanted to try add-ons. Dani was so welcoming and relaxing throughout the process. I started in the sauna, which is heaven - and if you say Florida is its own sauna-they are completely different. Dani talked me through breath holds before getting in the cold tub and continued to encourage me to stick it out. I absolutely loathe being cold. I take forever to get warm, but the benefits of cold plunging are just plain worth it, even for someone like me. Wear some dive socks to make it easier. I repeated the sauna and cold plunge one more time and went into the salt float tank. Salt floating is so relaxing and sensory depriving - something most could use in today's world. I showered off all the salt, got dressed, and got to experience the sound bed next. This was new for me and I think it might have been my favorite thing! I found it to be so comfortable and grounding. I will definitely be back for a longer session of that soon. After this, I relaxed on the PEMF mat with the Pulsetto. The vagus nerve stimulation felt like a TENS unit, and was interesting. I finished with Mendi, then the NeuroVIZR, both were fun. This place was clean, relaxing, and such a wonderful experience. Thank you so much and can't wait to get back in there.

I did the Nervous System circuit here which includes 2 cold plunges, 2 IR saunas and a salt float. I wish I could start my day with this circuit. The whole circuit left me feeling brand new! All aches and pains were eliminated, my energy levels were elevated the rest of the day, it truly felt like a full reset for my body! And the staff was extremely kind and helpful through the process. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent experience, wife and I wanted to relax a bit and did the floating salt bath with cold plunge/infrared sauna and it was amazing. Hunter was a great host and was great walking us through the whole experience. Much recommended.

Very cool place loved the vibe, sad I couldn’t actually see what the place was about since
the kid that worked there was outside smoking a cigarette. I walked past him and he even said hello to me as I opened the door. Waited 12 minutes before I walked outside to ask if they worked there, they responded yes, that made me so upset I left. This first time customer won’t be a repeat customer.
