I have tried my best to deal with this company. But they have absolutely nudest customer service employees. They talk to their customers with nudest of overtone that makes them completely unprofessional. If you choose to work in customer service, then you should speak to ur customers with a polite speaking voice. I will definitely take my good insurance to another vendor. I was reluctant to deal with you guys again, but now you've sealed ur faith with business.

My order was on back order but as soon as they received it I was on the delivery rooster for the very next day. The delivery guy was prompt and friendly. He did just as the store said he would by calling 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone would be home. This is the only place that took my insurance and was able to help me. I recommend them 100%. Thanks Safeway for my new rollator

I have not dealt much with Safeway, it’s mainly been with my insurance but the little I have dealt with them, it was great customer service. From Elizabeth handling my payment down to Joseph the delivery guy. When I did not call Elizabeth back in the 30 mins I said I would she called me back within the hour and it was actually right on time for what I asked her to wait on me on. Joseph was on another level too. He was real respectful of my property and myself and conducted himself in a real professional way. He took the time to explain to me everything about my chair and when I say everything I mean everything. I did not feel rushed while asking questions about my scooter nor was I made feel stupid for the questions I was asking. I really enjoyed Joseph’s help and communication. Thank you Safeway for making this easy on me. I will be recommending you to others. Hope you guys take care of Elizabeth and Joseph as they are a great representation of your company.

I have to say how my experience with Safeway Medical was more than I expected. The knowledgeable, helpfulness, feedback, kindness and above all Professionalism was impeccable. The service I received from Ms Amber (follow up with Dr office and Insurance), Mr Daniel (explain deductible, ways to pay, color choices and deliver options, Mr Jason (explain how my scooter operate from lights, charger, battery, scooter breakdown for travel and wanted my to drive before he left. When he arrived he suggested we might want to consider a small ramp (which we forgot about). It’s the little thing that makes the difference. Last but not least Ms Kate just kind for no reason. Whenever I’ve had a bad day frustrated with insurance company and filling out forms it nice to call and hear a friendly voice. She remembers who call and see who was available to assist or just take message. She made me feel important. Can’t thank Safeway Medical Supply enough.

My first time experience with this company was on Wednesday of this week. I called them to see if they had received a referral from my doctor for a walker that was to be delivered to me. They confirmed that they had and that it could be delivered the next day. I was impressed with how friendly the young lady that I talked to was and the efficiency of this company. Also, the walker that was delivered to me the next day from this company was top notch!

The very next afternoon, true to their word, their technician Debo called me and stated that he would be at my home a little earlier than expected and asked if he could bring the walker to me then. I was happy about this and told him that this would be just fine with me.

Debo arrived, brought in the walker, and set it up for me. I cannot say enough good things about this young technician. His friendly demeanor, respectfulness and professionalism were so appreciated by me as a first time customer of Safeway Medical Supply. His positive attitude and excellent customer service were also very evident.
It is nice to see young people with this kind of work ethic!

They pickup my mom wheelchair a month ago to repair it and haven't heard anything from them since. Every time I call for a update on the status of her wheelchair they always say someone will get back with me and they never do. Now remind you my mom only has one leg and she strongly depend on her electric wheelchair chair and they know this but it's like they do not care about her well-being. I don't like the service they represent. So I would never recommend them to no other. I'm all about well communication and that they do not have. Very bad service.
