I am currently sitting in the ER at Saint Anne's here in Fall River, MA. Everyone here is absolutely amazing and in great spirits. It's been fun watching the staff interactions and the camaraderie with each other. Truly an amazing group of humans here. Lauren, my Triage nurse, fabulous. Katie, my NP who gave me the lovely news of my 7mm kidney stone friend, amazing. Steven who did my CT, wonderful and to the great team who took my blood and placed my IV, superb! Thanks for hitting my vein on the first stick! Y'all Rock! I know ER's can be intimidating but you're in great hands here. We appreciate your kindness and hospitality!

Excellent! The staff was very good and the doctor was great! Efficient intake and nurses are awesome!

Came in at 10:30 AM on a Wednesday. I was in severe pain. Seen by doctor within an hour. On my way home now before noon.

Floors were icky sticky but other than that, very good care.

All the comments about the extreme long wait times seem to be from people who are in the unfortunate position of arriving after hours.

Best times to go are early mornings on a Tuesday or Wednesday, and usually best to go after a shift change. This is IMO.

Was the only person sitting in the waiting room of the ER from 1:30 am until 4:05am. They sent a nurse out to tell me I was positive for strep throat and to only take Tylenol and ibuprofen…. How do you not know you need antibiotics for strep throat? So I questioned and he looked all confused and said, let me go ask the doctor…. Like huh? Z-pack is what they usually give for strep and they wanted to send me home with tylenol… not to mention he said I could either go home and wait to been seen, after waiting this long… went to the back with him, got put in a room, so many empty rooms, not sign of being busy at all…. Sometimes waiting for 4 hrs at charlton is better than trying your luck at St. Anne’s.. at least they give you the first dose of antibiotics knowing the pharmacy is still closed and meds for your pain….Now, should I even trust their test results? Or go to the urgent care later on😩😩😩

I went to the emergency room today because my 2 month old daughter was definitely in pain of some sort screaming crying did want to be in her bath even though she loves them she didn’t want to eat. she was just off because overall she’s a good baby and she was not having it with anything or Anyone. We finally got a room after our wait not to bad the lady we got was emotionless and sounded like a robot btw first she asks what’s going on I tell her then the first thing she said is ā€œmaybe 4 oz is to much for herā€ I said her pediatrician gave us the go on it! Plus she keeps it down well and seems happier with it. Okay time passes she comes back tells me to feed her and see how she is so I did. Then she came back ā€œhow is sheā€ I said she is okay I mean she started crying while eating then she is straight blank face staring at me for a while didn’t talk. Then she goes when’s the last time she slept I said I’m not sure she hasn’t slept due to whatever is wrong with her then she said does she like her car seat… ummm what does that have to do with anything? I looked at her weird and said yes she does. So the lady proceeded to shut the lights off and say let’s see if she goes to sleep it took her a while to sleep kept crying. She came back to check on her minutes later saying ā€œso did she sleepā€ I said she’s been on and off still feels like it’s discomfort of some sort she said ā€œmaybe she’ll sleep in the car I’m going to see if I have to do anything else then I’ll send you guys home. IM SORRY…. WHAT! moral of the story she discharged me and my daughter and my fiancĆ© with a paper saying that our daughter was diagnosed with just being overtired so we really got nowhere… okay I’m sure I’m with my baby everyday and would know if there was something wrong but okay thank you it’s probably just because I’m a young parent.

What an experience! First and foremost the waiting room is so small, it felt like everyone was sitting on top of each other. It honestly looked like a detox center, they need to create a safe place for the children that are going in. Everyone had attitude, and the wait was extremely long. Very unprofessional, will never be back.

I had an allergic reaction what caused rapid facial swelling. The staff was professional, and very helpful and courteous. We discussed the condition and the treatment necessary, and they assured my questions were answered. I received medication and now I am on the mend. With the exception of the normal extended wait time That is to be expected they care was excellent.

My experience at Saint Anne's emergency room was very good. I was registered right away. I was taken into an examining room quickly. All the staff and medical personnel were pleasant and professional. I would and have recommended St. Anne's to other people. It is my favorite hospital.

Everyone, from the intake, to the aides, nurses, & the doctor were polite & treated me with care. Although I was there for a few hours it was mostly due to waiting for the results of the cat scans. It was one of the best visits (at an emergency room) I've encountered.
