I have had a real issue with your clear and green oxygen concentrator tubing! I have talked with Lincare Inc. about this problem numerous times and they respond with "it's just the weather"! Your tubing is extremely stiff and coils up constantly tripping me. I try to be careful but it coils around my ankle a lot of times when I am walking from one room to another and I trip on it. I don't remember ever having this problem 3 or 4 years ago.

Have you changed the materials being used to produce this tubing being made in Mexico or maybe they are using something different than your qualifications?

although I am not a customer of yours I also have been getting the green hoses from my oxygen co. They said it was changed so people could see it better and not trip BUT it is just the opposite. It's hard and curls up in a ball. The clear tubing lays flat and it much safer. Just my opinion.
