I am writing this review for a dear friend. She ordered a recliner, which was delivered to her home. She knew where she wanted to place it. They did not give her a time or date for the delivery. The guy just showed up with it. She had another appointment and we were pressed for time, so we let the guy place the chair in the living room. It was kind of strange the chair was not it the box, and the top of the chair was disconnected. She told the gentleman that her son would connect the top and he left.

Once we had the chair connected the arms were not stable, so her son took it off and replaced it again same . She called the company back to let them know about the condition of the arms which was not stable.

She called Molina Insurance to let them know about the condition of the arms. She was told Samerica Medical supply would be picking up the chair. She kept calling the company to get a time and date for pick up.
She was told the pick up would be on Friday.

The chair was not picked up over the weekend. On today which is Monday 06/24/24 she called and asked again when will the chair be picked up, and she was told they would not be picking up the chair. She was very disappointed about the tone of the call. The gentleman kept talking over her. This is what I heard when I went to check on her. She asked what to do with the chair, and pretty much she was told it was her responsibility regarding it.

It is companies like this which gives the consumer the reason to pause and reconsider how their insurance company could use a company like this to be contracted out for their clients. If I had a personal choice this company would NOT be my choice at all. Consumers need to be aware of companies like this.

I have waited months for critical life safeguarding device, a Pulse Oximeter (it measues the Oxygen in my blood). As I write this my lips are blue because a diminished level of Oxygen. I could suffer grave even fatal consequences. All Adam and the other man at Samerica is go back and forth with excuses, while my life hangs in the balance. Also Molina shares some blame also I am considering filing a Small Claims Court Case against them, before I might die!! Carol Davis, Commerce, Texas I stand by the truthfulness of my facts and opinions!!!

Terrible company! They end up doing more harm than good. Came back to uninstall a lift that was too poorly installed to use and they left a ton of damage and said “it wasn’t their problem”. Avoid them at all costs, I don’t know how Medicaid contracts with them. They have no uniforms, an unmarked vehicle, and absolutely no respect or desire to have decent business practices.
