I'm happy with my exam and the professionalism of my doctor and his staff. Dr. Dula was patient, caring and answered all my questions. Wait time for the office visit was short. There is ample trouble free parking at the new facility in West Hills.

First time, lovely people, kind and helpful.
The Doctor was extremely clear and friendly. She described the situation in easy to understand terms and the options open to me to help her make a final decision. I felt very safe, comfortable and heard. Glad I came.

Dr. Dula and his staff are terrific. All the nurses and techs were understanding and caring. I'm quite impressed. The office is clean and welcoming.

My experience with Dr. Dula has been excellent. He takes all the time you need to discuss your medical issues. His staff is also great. Jenny, the surgery coordinator, does a friendly, thorough, and professional job. There are no long waits in the waiting room.

Highly recommend SFV Urological Assoc - Dr. Mehdizadeh is an extremely valuable asset to her profession - highly intelligent & very
knowledgeable in her field. It is a rarity to find such a professional caring doctor who always speaks to her patients with truthful respect patience & understanding. The PA& office staff are in my opinion one of the best -All working together to provide friendly,knowledgeable patient care .

I was having major UTI problems and couldn’t get in to see any Urologist for 3-4months. Just ridiculous…at Dr Mehdizadeh’s office I was told I could see Baylee, Alexander, her Physician Assist(PA) the following day, in another office. Thank God not too far away from me.So I desperately agreed.
Upon seeing and being examined by Baylee, the next day. I was so pleasantly surprised. She was so thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and professional. She did a complete exam including U/S, urinalysis with the results reported right there. And a great treatment plan, with F/U appt. All my life, I have worked in the Medical Field. If I hadn’t been told that she was a PA, I would have thought that she is the Physician/Urologist. The staff has also been very nice and friendly.
Over all I would highly recommend this office and specially seeing Baylee, if there is no significant reason that you would want or need to see the physician.
