Best nursing staff ever but hope you like waiting.
We were induced for labor on a Saturday night with an 8pm appointment. When we arrive promptly at 8, we are told they meant to call us and tell us to come 3-4 hours later because they’re backed up. They say just wait an hour and we’ll have your room ready (which they did). The labor went great, specifically the nursing team. So unbelievably friendly and welcoming. The only downside was it seems they are just under-equipped and understaffed. They had only 1 blood glucose monitor for the entire department and it seemed they have only 1 person on staff who is able to do the things you need. For example, before we could leave, we needed our baby’s oxygen test or something. It was supposed to be at 6pm, but here we are at 9:30pm waiting because apparently they have only 1 person on staff who can do this test. This is during COVID, so I’m sure glad this hospital is slow otherwise I can imagine waiting hours for anything.

I asked the security guard in the ER who is supposed to check people how his daywas doing. He didn't respond. I thought maybe he didn't hear me. 3 times later he still said nothing. He was talking to me so I realized he could hear me. I asked him if I was speaking too low and he still didn't respond. I was very polite.

Este lugar es de lo.peor .yo estube internnada hace 3 anos .Y les dire la verdad de mi experiencia yo fui por un dolor y inchason en mi tobillo de mimpie derecho y me dijeron que no era.nada.denpreicuparme no tenia erida ni tenia pus o sea liquido amarillo.y mi.pie inchadisisimo. Y me manaron a mi cas y bolbi y me regresaron con antibiotico .Yo no.pidia ni manejar ni caminar menos .Y la 3 ves estube internada x 2 meses.y dejaron que la infeccion llegara a mi hueso y por poco pierdo mi.pie y mi vida .Gracias a dios no soy diabetica . Ni tengo.problemas de salud .Me llevaron al hospital General de.los Angeles.el mejor.lugar y me atendieron de lo mejor me operaron de mi pie rasparon mi hueso .Y gracias a dios estoy viva y con mi.pie y Gracias al Hospital General. Este pinche hospital de.San Gabriel no se lo Recomiendo a nadie .por FAVOR NO ARRIESGUEN SUS VIDAS Y DE.SUS SERES QUERIDOS .Y ES VERDAD.NO SIRBE PARA.NADA.SOLO COBRAN MUCHO ATU PLAN DE SALUD Y NO.CUENTAN CON UN PERSONAL.EFICIENTE .LO.PEOR QUE CONOZCO EL SAN GABRIEL.VALLEY MEDICAL CENTER NO SIRVE .
