Absolutely do not go here! They are huge time wasters I made an appointment to get my nexoplan birth control out which they had put in 2 yrs prior. I made my appointment took off a whole day of work when I get there I wait over 40 mins to get called into the back just for them to tell me they couldn’t take it out and I would have to go somewhere else….. why was I able to make an appointment if that was the case doesn’t make much sense.

If you want personalized healthcare where you feel like your care provider actually cares about you, do NOT go here. The turnover of doctors, nurse practitioners, etc., is greater than the turnover of servers at a restaurant. I had a primary care physician there that changed about seven times. EVERY individual practitioner there seems to be "using" the place as a spring-board for their future aspirations, and it shows. There are no case-workers who follow up with patients, or any form of "go-to person" for your personal care. If you don't take personal initiative, you will easily slip through the many cracks in their system. A patient shouldn't have to "stay on top of" their healthcare provider for their basic needs. FURTHER, and this is huge, the WAIT times are staggering. If you show up 5 minutes late for your appointment, YOU have to reschedule. HOWEVER, it is okay for the provider to be ONE HOUR late entering the room to see you. They will call you in and take your vitals to give you the ILLUSION that you're being seen. The place is simply a trainwreck, which is very consistent with the illiterate generation that is taking over the nation. But other than that I'm sure the staff are great... But a smile won't save my life. Competence will.

Noone ever answers the phone. When they do it's never someone in the office it's always at a call center. They are always late. Made an appointment for my son and they were half an hour late calling him back, but heaven forbid you are running five minutes behind because they will cancel your appointment or make you wait hours to be seen. Had bronchitis and a nagging cough that wouldn't go away with any over the counter medicine I used. They refused to prescribe me anything other than more things I could have went out and purchased over the counter. Same thing goes for pain. My husband had kidney stones and he was actively passing a stone. They gave him I ibuprofen only. The receptionists refuse to help you if you need things like notes from the doctor until you ask for a supervisor. Overall this place is horrible and I will be switching providers ASAP

Been wasting my time. I don't have vacation or sick pay left so I make my appointments in the morning miss a couple of hours of work. Only to show up and applied for the pay scale since I don't have insurance. I applied twice in one month. And they don't know what they Are doing nothing is in the system. nobody knows what's going on. This morning I have another appointment. called to confirm they had everything said yes . Only to waste my time and not in the system. they wanted me to bring out my W2s like I carry them everywhere with me. Meanwhile they start seeing people before me when I had my appointment first thing at 8. I wasn't admitted to be seen yet. So I left.
Now im Looking for a new clinic with Competent staff.
If your reading this go somewhere else this place popped up to jump on the Corona bandwagon $$$$ cash cow funding now it gone.
Seems like the office staff don't care. The doctors and nurses that draw blood are good Hope they find a better place to work at.

Good luck EVER getting ahold of them via phone call. On many occasions I have had to wait 30+ mins on hold. And that's if your lucky enough to not be forwarded to the phone number for after hours scheduling.

I went in for blood work and the short lady from Labcorp was Extreme RUDE. She had nobody with her and i went in at 11am she called me in at 11:50am, i know lunch is at 12. So she calls my name and walks fast to the back. No good customer service. After that she just asked for my insurance card submitted the papers while looking at the time. After that she seemed super rushed! She grabs everything the tubes the gloves the needle and i prep my arm after she inserts the needle i begin to feel excruciating pain i say ouch. She asks if I’m okay and i said yea, after that she pushes the needle further inside. I promise I’m not joking when i felt her pressure the needle in their. I did complain and moved my hands and said you’re doing everything so fast and not being careful. Her excuse was that it was just her job. This is not okay i felt very discriminated and if it were not for us coming in she would not have a job. Treat your people with a Nice Attitude and be Courteous. Tomorrow i will be contacting Labcorp to report her and the manager from Borrego. I’m still in excruciating pain i had to take ibuprofen unfortunately. Please get new people in the Labcorp, we deserve the Respect we give to each person in that building. Everyone else that works there is absolutely amazing! Super kind people!

I am so glad I choose Borrego Health when I changed my insurance at the first of the year. I had my first appointment today and they were INCREDIBLE. I have been having some major health issues the last few years and doctors haven't been able to (or cared enough to) pinpoint the cause. These doctors are different! I had 3 doctors come in and examine me and take the time to go over all of my symptoms. They gave me referrals and are sending me for tests. They even did lab work right then and there in the office. Everyone at the office was super friendly and made me feel comfortable and most importantly I feel like they are trying to get to the bottom of my health issues. I recommend this office to everyone.
