Every Saturday 1 till 3. They have saved many lives and limbs, including my own. In addition to being a hypodermic needle exchange, Dr Lasher and medical students treat abscesses and minor medical issues FOR FREE for a population that does not normally seek treatment for even the most life-threatening conditions. I've personally known over a half dozen people who's lives he's saved from abscesses that were within hours of bursting and leaving the person septic, and I've heard stories of countless others who's lives Lasher, and the Fresno Free Medical Clinic has saved. They often distribute many harm reduction materials including those for safer sex and safer substance use. They always have drinking water and often have wonderful free bakery breads which I have lived off of, a few times in my life. ALSO THEY DISTRIBUTE CARDS THAT LET YOU CARRY SYRINGES! THEY ARE EQUIVALENT TO HAVING A PRESCRIPTION. THE CARDS (WHICH THEY KEEP RECORDS OF) HAVE RESULTED IN MY PARAPHERNALIA CHARGES BEING DROPPED 9 TIMES AND 3 OF THOSE TIMES I WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE! You'll still get a ticket 9 times outta 10 but you'll ALWAYS be NOT GUILTY/INNOCENT!
