They never answer. How am I suppose to get anything fixed.when there's never a live person. The only time I got a live person in Months was the operator and even she didn't know the menu options or if there were any other way to connect with anyone. It's ridiculous. Very generic if they DO answer. Rang 7-20 minutes each time...no voicemail..no answer of the phone. Still unsolved issue.

Unlike other counties, this one requests all your bank documents, all your canceled documents that you will have trouble getting if you do not save this stuff and all of your life history. Be prepared to unfold everything just to get a little assistance.

July 29th 11:46 counter 1
some round white looking lady
Left the place and the lady I talked to wouldn’t even give me the time of day to ask the questions I needed to ask she just handed me a paper with a phone number and was like bye
I lost my medical card and needed a new one I had to push her to release me a temporary one to even begin using the services. I even let her know that I felt like she was rushing me and I couldn’t even get a word in to ask where online I can find the info etc. cause she wanted to tell me how I don’t need help since my new card will be mailed while I’m trying asking simple questions about where online I find providers/utilize the services

2nd time in this office, Clerk at the door was bothered by my question then continued on her phone . I asked for a supervisor then that really irritated her since she had to set her phone down … also the clerks behind the glass (4) were all having conversations about yesterdays after work activities like dinner etc.. I took footage just in case , but no one was being assisted in the waiting area yet 10-11am… strange office , I highly recommend the Belmont office over this location since they are dissatisfied with career choice here in rwc and UNHAPPY to assist people in need.. good luck getting assistance y’all

Worse place to come! Nobody is willing to help out. When asking to speak to the social worker of the day they tell you that once you’re home they will call you. Although I insisted on staying in the office they said they weren’t sure if anyone was going to help me. All it seems they try to do is kick everyone out of their office and mostly when it’s anytime after 3 when they close at 5. The office staff also doesn’t guarantee a social worker to call you about your benefits the same day which is odd due to before COVID you where able to speak to someone to help. The willingness to help is not there from the staff. The lack of sympathy and the lack to want to actually help. Instead of helping out they make you feel like a burden when asking for help. They rather talk within the staff and gossip instead of helping

Clean public area, but hours of service are odd. Confirm they are open before going. Clerks are nice but don't spend much time helping you. Very spacious parking lot though. Typical government office.
