I love the dentist here. However the dental assistant put her gloves on the touched the computer then preceeded to do my x-rays. That's how you catch things honestly. She was nice but I didn't like that.

I have the worse experience in this place . i called to schedule physical exam with any doctor they refuse and they give me appointment after 2 months and the appointment was for my job requirement. after i wait 2 months they called me day before telling me i have to reschedule my appointment because the doctor will be out. every time i make appointment i meet the physician not the doctor and i paid out of packet every time or even over the phone for follow up result . this place is scam. don't go there. i end up wait for a year until my enrollment open to done with this horrible place.

The healthcare received was mediocre at best. I didn’t feel listened to or taken seriously with my concerns. They then applied the incorrect insurance information so nothing was covered. I caught it immediately and notified them. Nearly six months later they still refused to fix it even though they were told exactly what needed to be done in order to fix THEIR mistake and get me coverage for my three visits and medications. Their absolute refusal to fix it really comes off as they just wanted money and were going to get it no matter what. Also, good luck getting in contact with them or getting anything done unless you walk in to the clinic. Their customer service on the app/website took months to respond, and when I called them on the phone they hung up. Absolutely will NEVER go back and will never promote them.

waits are way too long. I came innto get my kid a swab lab done and have been waiting for r nearly 2 hours and still waiting. very disappointing wait for such a simple procedure .

Got rescheduled 3 times because the Dr was sick after waiting 4 months and what do you know it the Dr is sick for this appointment too and all others have a 3 month wait. Today was my last available day before a new job. Why is this Dr only sick once a month on the days I have an appointment 4 times in a row. Also knew I had a history of bronchitis but no assumed I have asthma instead and said your coughing may or may not go away rather than actually testing me for what I have a real history of. Honestly just assume rather than test

Horrible place to go don’t ever go here the doctors lucky I didn’t sue them. I went in 3 weeks after being in the ER waited for the appointment all so the stupid doctor could be lazy and switch my lab date from that day to another 3 weeks after all because he’s a lazy old man. The ER Doctors told me I have a virus or infection because of my low white blood cell count. They made me wait almost a month to check and get the lab having fevers cough etc. he pushed it, than the next day I ended up taking my girlfriend to the ER for the infection that I had. All because these trash doctors were to lazy to do there job and test the blood I said I was really sick he didn’t care. I asked for a vaccine the nurses told me yes and the fatt lazy doctor said “ I don’t feel like it today”. Don’t ever go here if you care about your family I hope you get shut down your trash old man. I think his name was Dennis Dominguez. He should be fired for negligence like who does that. I hope u get sick for causing my girlfriend to be hospitalized for your stupidity and laziness.

I would write a detailed review like the others, but I don’t feel like writing a whole book just plain and simple. This place is the worst clinic I’ve ever had to deal with from phone calls, people calling you back, sending referrals, making appointments. I did go in there for one appointment. The staff at the counter is very rude. They look down at you, like you should be thankful that you’re there and speak to you like you’re beneath them. and don’t call there and try to get a same-day appointment because if you do, they’re going to direct you to the urgent care office which is all the way over on third Avenue in Chula Vista. Lol OK, well I looked into write a review regarding this facility seems that I wrote one almost a year ago which is the last time I was here is the same thing I mean my doctor she’s actually really great. You just gotta get past the rude people at the counter. When I came in I was the only one in line. There was no other patients at the counter, and there was two ladies behind the counter. One of them looked up at me then she looked back down at her computer then looked at the lady next to her then decided she would call me…….

I called to the let the receptionist know I was going to be 7 minutes late. Minutes Another receptionist calls and tells me that the doctor cannot see me even if I’m a minute late. I drove an hour to get there. Terrible place to spend your money at. I will not be coming here.
