The woman at the front desk was so friendly and hospitable. My nurse who administered my treatment was so kind and really led me in the right direction however Anne was horrible. She was my MD Who was supposed to give me the initial consultation and medical release sort of speak. Anne had a very cold personality and was siding what to do like a robot. I told her that I came in for my package special and that I wasn’t interested in anything else. she just looked at me, said OK, just turned around and walked away with no consultation whatsoever. Itwas the Nurse that saved the day Yet I was supposed to get a consultation from Anne. I don’t trust this place and I wouldn’t go back because it’s the person that gives you the consultation usually is how the treatment will go. I was saved by the nurse, but walked out feeling that things could’ve Went really bad…

Pleasantly surprised! Went in for a type of facial my regular provider doesn’t do, and will definitely go back for things my regular person doesn’t have on her menu. Super pleasant experience and great results.

I have been going to Sanctuaire for over 5 years now. Ann, the owner, is very skilled at what she does. She is truly a master injector! I have been going to her for Botox, fillers, and sculptra and I have always felt that I was in very capable hands. She is also very compassionate and always places a great emphasis on safety and quality. I have also seen Thanh for facials and she is also a dear. I like that things have been consistent through the years and the employees are always happy to see me treating me like family. Highly recommend it!

Initially, I wanted to get a lip flip, but after Ann understood my goal and really addressed every silly concern, I felt confident in getting fillers!
