Sanctuary clinics is top notch for Christ centered mental health treatment. The staff is very caring and consistent on reaching an outcome that will better serve your outlook on life and your walk with the Lord. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed with the adjustment but I know if people put the work in to change, this place is unlike any other. The staff cares for you. The food is awesome. It's nice to be in a space that has others working on themselves also. That makes for an easier way to open up in small group like settings. Many of the friends I have made there will be friends for life. I am blessed to be a part of Sanctuary clinics for life. I was also able to attend Marriage 180 with my wife near the end of my time at Sanctuary and it was so helpful for both of us to learn great communication tools that we can use for life. Taking out the trash has a whole new meaning now. Jimmy and Angie were the perfect instructors for the marriage class and made it so much more relevant by sharing their life with us.

Where do I begin? This place is special, truly. And that is no exaggeration. David and Sesi created something amazing here (May God Bless you both abundantly). When I came to Sanctuary I was in bad shape. So filled with pain and confusion. I wasn’t sure how I’d find my way out, but I knew that God would see me through it. Sanctuary offers a great blend of psychology, spirituality and community. And it does it on beautiful grounds with great food. Let me take a moment and say how surprisingly delicious the food is. At Sanctuary, there are incredible psychologists who love Christ and are using true psychotherapy. There are also options for others forms of science backed psychological treatments. You have so much opportunity to grow in such a short amount of time. You really do “get what you give” here. So blessed to have been here, and God bless everyone who works here. You all are amazing!

Sanctuary was a refuge amongst my despair. I knew only the Lord could heal me and being surrounded by believers in Christ was imperative, for my healing journey. Sanctuary prepared me in many ways; helping me create a firm foundation in our Lord Jesus Christ. I had therapist who invested in me by using sound biblical teachings. My mornings were filled with praise and the word at Chapel. The community and time to digest between sessions and groups assisted with my time to process with the Father. Sanctuary has a beautiful staff whom love to serve Christ and his children. My life is forever blessed to know and get to heal with his body, the body of Christ.

I spent time at Sanctuary for a month - June ‘23-July ‘23. I am a 21 year old young female in ministry. I had been diagnosed with severe depression, severe anxiety, ptsd, adhd, and borderline personality disorder. I never had a plan, but was sui cidal at the time, the thoughts were overwhelming. This came from a woman who worked in the church and been following Jesus for years. You will not regret the investment in Sanctuary. The grounds are beautiful - truly a sanctuary. The Spirit dwells there and I watched and experienced healing. Journey through mental health is a forever healing process, it wasn’t immediate, but after years of counseling and med trials, I learned so much to be able to take things home with me and spring into action to overcome negative thoughts. I met some forever friends. Every staff member really cares. You will feel understood. As with any healing journey, you need to be motivated and put the work in. It is intense. Lots of group sessions and tears shared. I could go on and on, but I will leave my five star review and tell you to go. Your health is important. God is madly in love with you and wants to heal you.

As I sat in church today, I remembered a year ago when I was packing to go to Sanctuary Clinic in Monticello, Florida, a Christian mental health clinic. I was depressed and suicidal. God met me there with an amazing clinic with Christian therapists, psychiatrists, and a body of believers seeking freedom from many things. I spent six weeks healing and thank God for being with me through it all. I met amazing people who I will never forget. We loved and supported each other daily. We were a community seeking healing. I still struggle, but God has filled my life with an amazing family who loves and supports me, friends, and a Christian therapist and church. If you struggle, please don't struggle alone; there is help. Never give up!
