We've had a very positive experience with Gary and Sandcreek medical for all of our equipment needs (oxygen concentrator and back-up tanks, suction, hospital bed, lift, etc.) I'd recommend them to anyone. The previous reviewer that refused the oxygen tanks just didn't understand--if there is a power outage your oxygen concentrator is rendered useless. If you need oxygen, you have to have a backup. The extra tanks are not a scam to charge more, but a possibly life-saving backup plan in case of an emergency.

I had a horrible experience with Gary
The day I got Covid he contacted me to set up an appointment, I told him that the next following day would be fine as it was already
mid evening. He told me that I would DIE if I didn’t get the oxygen that day. He said he was concerned” I was blown away with his claims of death! I still refused and told him tomorrow morning would be ok. He called around 11ish
and sent a technician and arrived mid afternoon.
He sent his technician and set up “plugged in “
Plus tried to also leave 3 separate tanks to charge me! I refused the tanks which I didn’t need. Bit of a scam !
I’ve been cleared and now healthy again, so today I went to return the unit & as soon as I walked in a man behind a desk said “you should be taking the unit not returning it” somehow I knew it was Gary. It was Gary, at that point I told him how unprofessional he was to even greet me that way. I then reminded him of what he said “Your going to DIE” which I didn’t!!!
He denied the allegations as he turned red as a beet & argued that he had not said “you are going to die” he tried to back peddle, & failed miserably. There was no apologies whatsoever!
While the secretary & I was concluding our business, he kept rudely interrupting our conversation, I told him to please just be quiet and quit while he was ahead!
Hence this accurate review!
Very unprofessional, that’s to say the least!
What a bully and scammer. PERIOD!
