There is some big issue with Dr. Basu's office, they don't understand medical procedure codes or doesn't take them seriously. Second year straight in a row, I got charged for my annual physical lab work even though it is 100% covered by insurance. Insurance kept on telling them that billing office should submit claim with correct codes but seems like no one care.
I already contacted them more than 10 times in past few months, it's time to move away now.
