I've had my front teeth capped after an accident 20 yrs ago at your office. No one ever believes me when I reveal the front 6 are caps! This is a good dentist office. I've seen all the dentists here and I trust them all. Only reason u left is because they became out of network for my hubby dental ins. plan

I have been getting my cleanings done with Andrea. She is always so gentle, and makes sure I’m comfortable. She also gives me great education on how to floss and brush properly. I will definitely continue getting my teeth cleaned by Andrea.

Had a tooth pulled today. The dental assistant, Victoria, was great. She did a very thorough job taking all the x-rays, photos, and scans for Dr. Ryan. They worked well as a team. Victoria also explained clearly what I needed to do afterward.
Dr. Ryan was great. He is gentle, explains what is happening, and makes sure I am comfortable as possible.
Heather and Mari at the front desk were very professional and welcoming.

Oh my goodness Mari at the front desk is the most beautiful desk lady she was so helpful. SO AMAZING UGH I LOVE HER!! And Lisa and Dr.cho such a good team. Lisa has the kindness eyes and is very smart! Dr.Cho is hilarious such a funny guy. Also loved seeing Val and Teresa wonderful ladies :).Best Dentist office in town.

Honest review:
I decided to try this practice due to all the positive reviews but I really wish I never did. The day I had the initial consult I was brought back for X-rays and the dental hygienist Hannah looked at my mouth first and suggested that I needed deep cleaning only on one side of the mouth she stated the rest would be fine with regular cleaning. Then the "Dr Ryan" (bald dr) came in and said that I needed deep cleaning on both sides top and bottom which I thought was weird because the hygienist had recommended one part only. So I book for what the "Dr" recommended to get done because he said that's what I needed. On the day of the deep cleaning a different hygienist did my procedure her name was Erin, she suggested I also get their special "laser" she said it would not be covered by insurance so I declined. Then she kept pushing and making me feel bad that I was declining so I decided to do it after her constant uncomfortable persuasions. The second time I went back for part 2 I declined the laser again because I didn't want to pay extra and again she made me feel bad but this time I actually stood my ground and declined. A month later after my procedure , I get a bill of almost $1000 dollars, I was shocked. I called the practice and Sierra basically said everything is an estimation you're responsible if your insurance doesn't cover it and they didn't so now that's your responsibility. She said deal with your insurance. So then, I called my insurance and they said we did not cover the procedure of the deep cleaning because it was reviewed by their dental experts and they deemed as an "unnecessary procedure". I called Sierra back and let her know of the information I had received and asked why the dr would recommend something that was unnecessary and she basically said "it is still your responsibility". So this whole time the hygienist Hannnah was correct. I really did not need all that deep cleaning but the greedy dr told me I did. Now I am left with a huge bill and on top of all this my EOB says I may owe $772 and they are charging me $996 even after I already gave payments each time I went in as shown on my statements. Please be aware, the only person I would trust there would be Hannah honestly. The drs are greedy.

Ps . They are claiming I asked them to commit insurance fraud when really I just asked if the correct CPT codes were billed properly.

My experience with Advanced Dentistry has been great. I was referred over because I learned they support Veterans! That is special and very kind.
The ladies at the front are very nice and welcoming. The music is just right throughout the office.
Special thanks to Lisa, Morgana and Dr Allen for taking care of my crowns! It was a smooth procedure. I’m so grateful. Thank you Dr Kelly for taking the time to talk to me and learn my needs when it comes to dental. I do not remember who my hygienist was, but she was awesome!
And I loved having a group photo after my procedure to represent Veterans!!

Everything about this place is amazing! Mary and Sierra at the front office greeted me with a warm welcome and as I got called to the back, Lisa was very thorough and friendly as she took pictures of my mouth. I met Dr. Kelly and she made me more comfortable than I have ever been at a dentist office. She did her check up and gave me recommendations that will benefit me for the rest of my life. Andrea who cleaned my teeth was the best! She advised me what I can do daily for home care. I definitely will be coming back and recommend this place.

They charged me $10,000 to do a root canal and crown yet didn’t even do a proper job on them. My tooth is still sensitive to this day and they couldn’t fix it. I have included a photo of the $10,000 invoice.

It is NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to reach the office and they don’t return your voicemails or emails. It was beyond belief. Off site call center? No problem. Anyone in the office? Forget about it… and forget them ever responding to your messages. Their communication is atrocious.

They unnecessarily exhausted all of my 2024 insurance so I had to pay completely out of pocket for follow ups and second opinions to see why my tooth was still hurting from their botched root canal. I deeply regret coming here. Do not make the same mistake.
