I brought in my elderly cat who woke screaming. The staff was very kind, sedated him so he could be examined. The vet showed me exactly what was happening and the prognosis. Sadly, my cat needed to be euthanized. I had time to sit with him while waiting for my son and his wife to come and sit with us. I held my cat and spoke to him as he quietly passed away. I wanted to take him home with me, and he was put in a box with a small crocheted blanket a lady made for just this kind of situation. It was really the best way this could have happened. Nice people there! I appreciated them and their work.... I had taken him to our regular vet two day before who found a mass and took samples. My cat seemed in good health and was bouncy as could be from Thursday to Saturday. Sunday was when he woke in distress. My vet had the results of his condition on Monday, tumor originated in the pancreas. It would have been a horrible condition. I am so grateful the only pain he had was Sunday morning. He was my husband's companion cat....

So thankful to have found this animal hospital. Our dog was having issues at 10 pm, luckily we found dr musa and his team here. They were all very kind, and we were in and out before we knew it! Highly recommend this place for after hour visits!

I went here because my dog had an emergency at 8pm at night. What a hidden gem, an urgent care for animals after hours. Dr.Musa and his team were excellent with helping my little senior dog. From the moment we walked in everyone was very friendly and quick. Dr. Musa was very informative and took his time to explain everything. I was pretty scared due to my dog’s age and history, but Dr. Musa was very calm and reassuring. The following day they checked up on us to make sure everything was ok. Really appreciate this team.

All praise to the Most High and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. On 2/20 my dog started showing signs of poisoning. Someone fed him rat poison or left it carelessly. In a couple of hours he was entering a coma. We went to two different hospitals and my bf called here and they accepted him ASAP. Dr. Musa ran tests and started plasma treatment, everything was in house and their equipment and lab results are amazing. My dog walked out of there the same day and we were given through instructions on vitamin k treatment. They’re continuing to monitor his progress but he’s doing so much better now and his old puppy self again. God bless the staff here who showed my dog true and genuine love and who saved his life! Their prices are also incredibly fair and worth it for their quick lab results and lifesaving treatment!

Special Thanks to Dr. Musa and his staff at the Animal Urgent Care tonight!! My dog got bit by a rattlesnake and I had no emergency clinics nearby so drove an hour as they said they'd see me. Very quick to take him back, kept us updated on his status, and he looked a lot better after the anti-venum and fluids. *update* 2 days later and Colt is doing way better! He had quite the swollen face yesterday and didn't want to eat. Was also limping some on the bite side. Tonight he's less swollen and wanted to eat! Thanks Again So Much!!

I needed to take my doggy for an emergency visit and was recommended by Access in Woodland Hills I brought her to this after hours urgent care. Dr. Musa did extensive labs and X-rays on my girl and determined she needed surgery as soon as possible due to her large mass that had developed seemed like overnight. I took my girl back Monday 11/7/2022 for surgery. Unfortunately I lost my baby girl, her surgery was complex and with her age it was a risk. The entire staff hugged me and let me be by her side until her last breath. I didn’t expect to lose my baby but I know Dr. Musa and staff did everything they could to save her. They have followed up with everyday to ask me how am I doing. Thank you Dr and staff caring for my little baby in her last moments.

2022 - Our dog had an allergic reaction to medicine our primary vet prescribed. It was after hours but we were concerned so wanted him to be seen. We had been told by others not to go there but I didn’t feel like driving to Woodland Hills so we took a chance. Staff was lovely and visit was quick (price was reasonable too) . We were in and out and he was better immediately.

UPDATE 2025 - second dog/second visit in 2 years later. Our vet could not get our Lola in for an emergency visit so we brought her here. I think she might of eaten a bee or got stung in the face but her gums, eyes and mouth immediate swelled. They took her in right away and treated her. I am thankful they are around and open afterhours. I am sure she would have been fine once the benadryl kicked in but I didn't want to chance it. Vets are always expensive and with emergency vets, you pay a premium to walk in the door. I am ok with that if it means my pup gets seen and treated right away. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I went here with my dog, The doctor kept saying that our dog was sick because of poison. He didn’t do any testing, he didn’t even have her temperature, and not to mention the heart rate he gave us was false. He kept on telling us to call poison control, to get a case number which I get because it’s mandatory if the dog is poisoned. He tells us to drive our animal on a two hour and 30 minute drive to Beverly Hills area to get her at a clinic that is open all night. We did not feel comfortable doing that long drive, on the freeway. When we ask is there any other clinic that is open 24 hour, they say “no”. I am telling you if you want your pet to survive do not take them here in an emergency. I took my dog to a very nice veterinarian emergency room in Palmdale California, after they actually performed a proper examination and figured out what the hell was wrong with my dog it turns out that she had a punctured vein in her lung. My dog was drowning on her own blood and this “ veterinarian“ didn’t look at the signs. He didn’t take x-rays, he just went up and assumed that it was a full diagnosis which led to my dog not only suffering longer than she had to. Not only if it was poison would we have to call the animal poison control, and which he kept on insisting we do. Even though it is not a guaranteed case for that. she could have had a chance to live if they did a proper job. We were not a family that came in there and talked about having no form of payment, we loved this dog dearly. And honestly we were not scared to spend hefty amount of money. She was an incredible dog, and we were more than willing to spend the money on treatment for her. She is sincerely missed, if you wanna save your dog in an emergency, don’t take them there.
