My 93 year old mothers hearing was so bad that I had to go outside to talk on the phone because the TV was so loud. She also was grumpy when there were more than a couple of people visiting because she was struggling to participate in conversations. After she got her aids I noticed that she had more energy, was happier and became more youthful. Thanks Dr. Veloz this was life changing for me and my Mom.

Dr. Ginny Veloz is a great doctor and is very caring. She clearly loves what she does. I felt very protected by her. My experience with the examination was great. She explained everything to me and went through every detail with me also. She was patient with all my questions also. I was able to understand completely what was going on with my hearing and how the hearing aids will help also. This is an excellent business to come to for any hearing related needs you may have. I highly recommend it.

I've been trying hard, but can't seem to think of any way I could be more pleased with my experience at Santa Clarita Hearing Center. Professional, Efficient, Polite, Friendly, ___(fill in the blank!) The only downside is that now I can hear when a mouse scurries about in the attic....of the house next door.

I contacted Dr. Veloz regarding a very specialized issue. Not only did she spend time with me to answer my questions, she went above and beyond and reached out to her colleagues to further research my issue. All this, without being a patient...yet! She definitely has a heart to serve and help.

Visited SC Hearing Center after visiting another local hearing aid center and found there was definitely a difference. The exams by both started off in a similar way but that's where they began to differ. Dr Veloz didn't like the results of my exam & suggested that I visit my ENT to discuss the difference in my hearing from the right to left ears. Fortunately it was normal in my case but the other Center failed to recognize a potential problem.

After my initial fitting I revisited SC Hearing & I was introduced to equipment i had never been exposed to although I have been wearing hearing aids for several years. This equipment adjusted my hearing aids to what I was actually hearing. The sound became clearer & crisper.

I couldn't be happier with my new hearing aids & can't recommended Dr Veloz & SC Hearing Center enough. Thanks to them I hear better in all kinds of situations & now realize what I was missing before!
