This location is the most ghetto. Do not waste your time booking an appointment at this location. I had an original appointment scheduled 4/21…. I show up and the receptionist tells me that they do not have a tech available… that they texted me that my appointment was canceled. I advise the receptionist… when I received the text, I contacted the office and the receptionist advised me that my appointment is still scheduled and to show up. Now, that I’ve waisted my gas and time to drive up there, the receptionist rescheduled me for an appointment 4/28 @ 7:10am. This morning, I arrived 5 min late and the receptionist advised me that she needs to reschedule me for another time slot because I was late. This will be my last time visiting this location. This location do not value customers, the appointment system is wack, and the ability to show empathy or compassion is totally lacking at this location.

The front office girls were so patient with me and answered all my questions. They were absolutely amazing and the x-ray tech was so kind and very gentle and made the whole experience, easy and pleasant. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The young ladies in the front were very cheerful and polite. The weight was short. It was fast painless, very polite tech that did the IV for contrast excellent job thank you! Have an awesome Friday and a blessed weekend!

Absolutely horrible services. I was there in January. I chose this center because there was good rating and closest date. But the day before they rescheduled my appointment by phone because I needed 2 ultra sounds. So when I came to ultra sound on my appointment with my baby from North Hollywood, they found out not correct schedule again and they wanted to reschedule it again to another day. But because I was so upset, I came with my baby after c-section they accepted me but I was waiting more than 40 minutes.
When I came to the doctor’s office, she was young but absolutely not friendly. She hadn’t nurse or assistants. The bed was flat and I needed to lay down and get up, after c-section it was so painful nobody help me. Also she said to clean after myself! So I have good insurance and also I was charged more than $200 for such horrible service. They charge big money and even don’t have nurses. 🤦‍♀️
So when my result was ready I opened it, but didn’t printer to print it and I don’t have good English to read medical result so in few days I wanted to print and read it correctly but my result was already disappeared. Even no option to download results.

Your appointment scheduling “THIRD PARTY SUCKS!” Your staff at the front desk can only do so much, but they put up through a lot because the communication span between your system and your scheduling third-party out of the country lame team make it really difficult! I feel sorry for those poor girls at your front desk. They get yelled at all the time because you have that third-party out of the country lame, clueless staff scheduling appointments. I booked an appointment three days ago and when I showed up, I was treated like a walk in because my appointment didn’t show up in your system and yes, I got pissed off at the girl at the front desk, but it wasn’t her fault.

The staff at the front end were wonderful.Polite,efficient and good at their jobs.My technician was amazing. I am very uncomfortable with my condition, but this young professional were considerate and caring. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

Very helpful quick. I lost my phone and thought I left it there. I called and a young went upstairs and searched for my phone. What a blessing. Great people work there.
