The laboratory to get blood drawn is shut down due to flooding. Consequently they have made make shift lab rooms in multiple sections of the facility. These temporary set ups are not sanitary.

The first floor temporary blood draw lab is atop carpeted floor with the doors wide open adjacent to the main entry doors to the facility. Everyone walking in or out is passing by the open doors of the temporary blood drawing lab, including the long line of people waiting to be seen. (Lab seen in image 1 with the black doors)

The second temporary blood lab set up is on the second floor, this is also on carpeted floor and lacks ventilation the air was smelly and stale. This second story "lab" also had wide open doors which were adjacent to a bathroom under construction which also had its doors wide open. It is unsanitary to have your blood drawn right next to a bathroom that is under construction with no closed doors between either rooms, these rooms were within 3 feet of one another. (Lab shown in image 2 with white drapes)

I am pregnant and fasting for my blood test and it took 45 minutes to have my name called before being put into a secondary line on floor 2.

I left this facility after the long wait and unsanitary conditions without receiving my blood test or any other services because it felt unsafe. However just after leaving I was sent a summary of my visit / services and they presumably sent my insurance a phantom bill for a service I did not receive. I have been waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes now trying to get ahold of the lab to make sure they are not falsely billing my insurance.

Terrible experience and I will be avoiding this facility at all costs. I am dumbfounded that the facilities manager for Sutter Health approved this unsanitary and unsafe set up for blood labs putting everyone at risk. It would have been a better choice to close the blood labs at this location until they could resume safe practices.

Leslie at the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. Lab closes at 1230 I arrived before closing and she told me to go elsewhere. She then laughs and walks passed trying to be intimidating staring at me. She should work at 711 instead.

Lab is closed until further notice other than for specimen drop off.

Nothing on the website about it being closed. Was told that I needed to come to this location specifically for testing, as satellite locations cannot perform all tests.

People here are really nice and competent.
the bad design of giant screens, blocking them from talking to you. Architecture and technology clash!
There are people behind all the screens in their own world, unseen by anyone in the waiting room. It’s awkward when you go up and try to talk to them and you have to bend around one of the screens to see a human face.

Everyone here is so kind and understanding. I have had issues passing out in the past and here they make sure I am safe. They always accommodate me even if it means moving supplies to another area and changing the set up. I have been with Grant a couple of times now and he made me feel very comfortable, talked to me to distract me, and had great bedside manner overall. He drew my blood so quickly, I barely felt the needle and was not dizzy at all. Thank you all for doing such a wonderful job 🙂

I called to triple check I could come on with an electronic order and was told yes, so I went it and was told the opposite. The women said she remembers a meeting where they were told they couldn’t take electronic orders and they need a printed copy. She remembers….. really ! I explained what I was informed and she was most unhelpful and I was sent away based on her memory. Never going back

These people are always so quick and friendly. Last time I got my labs here I didn't even notice the needle go in or out.
