Every experience I have had with with this place has been positive. The staff are knowledgeable, efficient, and supportive. I cannot say enough good things about them. There is a texting service which is available during their business hours and the staff respond promptly and are very helpful. The only downside is that at certain times during the day the parking is limited. They are very busy, so they are fairly strict with their policy on arriving late for appointments which is understandable. As long as you leave yourself plenty of time it's no problem. I go here for appointments with my PCP, therapist, MAT program, acupuncture, and I go to Dientes next door. It is definitely more convenient to have everything in one place. I am extremely grateful for all of the staff here and the care they provide. It has played a huge part in my journey of improving my health, mental wellness, and overall quality of life.

The case worker and “specialists” that were responsible for my care dropped the ball, gave contradicting information, and gave me the run around. I waited months for pain management and Michael Amherst did not review my intake forms, did not examine me or ask questions that would help a prognosis. Neither him nor Emma Kleck followed up with the rest of my care team or off-site specialists and wouldn’t review the notes I kept with me from Neurology, Rheumatology, and Physical therapy. I also requested a second specialist referral because the one they gave me said I was too young to have concerns and nobody working under this clinic batted an eye. They aren’t concerned with patient healthcare and don’t care about patients quality of life. I now have a degenerative condition that could have been treated. They do not care about their patients, don’t let them fool you.

I wanted to make an immediate appointment to see a doctor for digestion issues, and the earliest date they provided me was for four weeks from now. FOUR WEEKS FROM NOW!! Can you believe it?

If you want immediate care, go find someplace else. I will likely do the same.

This place and their doctors are by far the best I’ve ever experienced! They are thorough, very knowledgeable, dedicated, staff of doctors and nurses that get the job done. They have been there for me, always checking on me either by phone or in person visits. The care I’ve received from these wonderful wonderful people is by far Next Level!!!

Property needs cleaning. No trash receptacle in sight. People leave their trash on window sills or just toss it on the sidewalks or in the plants. A little TLC could really help this center and the merchants a great deal. We go to the Farmers Market on Sundays.

Has Family Fealth Center, a Great Dollar store which meets many needs, little restaurant, laundry mat, hair dresser and large on tap beer drinking place. Has a guard sometimes and plenty of parking with Sunday Farmer's Market.

Get there early to fill out the paperwork. They ladies were very helpful. Patients are worried about the vaccine, so we all had questions. The medical assistant was delightful, I didn't feel the needle nor the vaccine.. kudos for the team! 5 🌟 Service
