I moved here from Southern California and it took an act of God to get into the doctor's office, when you're a new patient it takes at least a month out to get in. I see Dr. Chloe M., who is very compassionate, listens to people, is very thorough and kind but the office staff for Santa Rosa Community Health are not very competent in doing their job. They have messed a lot of important things and trying to get someone to fix anything or get things right the first time is a complete joke. I don't know what your looking for but I can't deal with this so it is a deal breaker for me.

Spent over an hour to be seen for an appointment. An appointment. Awful service they just want to go home by 5 exactly and the time I came before they pushed me out the door when I had concerning blood pressure results. Sucks to have medi-cal. The doctors just don’t care.

I'm severely hard of hearing. My walk-in appointment at the suggestion of my audiologist had my anxiety up. Preliminary inspection by excellent nurses and doctor resulted in an irrigation of both canals. Already I can tell my hearing aids function better.thank you
Also included in my rating has been my history of being treated at SRCH this year due to my primary doctor being here. I've found the help I've needed to be healthier and stronger in these uncertain times. I've even begun a new career. I'm deeply grateful for the care of SRCH...they are a gem in our community.

I love the campus. Each provider I've had takes the time to hear me out. Wait times have been drastically improved--I returned to this clinic earlier this year but had moved out of the county for a few years.
There still is a bit of wait, but you know what? There's a reason there's a wait, & it's one you should be pleased with: the doctors/nurses/PA's/etc here do not *rush* you. Your provider will be late if they're giving the previous patient extra time, but that also means that YOU can expect that said provider will also spend extra time with you if you need. Where else can you get that?
