I have only written reviews a couple of times but iI strongly feel the need to write a review. I was looking for a primary health care provider and couldn't find a doctor. As a last resort, I called santa rosa community health. I was not expecting much from them but needed to see a doctor. I called on a Friday afternoon and they gave me an appointment for Monday, which I couldn't believe. The doctor i saw was totally amazing and explained everything to me and took a culture but prescribed antibiotics and said if the results were different and I needed another medication they would call. Tuesday I got a call to let me know that the results were correct as the doctor said and wanted to know if I felt okay and how was i doing. I couldnt believe it! There customer service and patient caring is over the top and amazing. I am staying with them for all my medical needs!

Refuses to wash hands when touching your baby , when ask to do so they say you mistreated them . You also can’t ask simple questions like “ is this clean, or they get offended and also say you mistreated them.
Highly recommend taking your baby to a different medical center.
I don’t feel they care about there patients , they only care about getting paid.

This place has done a 180! Majorly stepped it up! Incredible! Receptionists pick up in just minutes, appointments within a few days (and even last minute), kind doctors, and nice staff! Great job! Also LOVE Dr. Parker Duncan… he is a GEM. 😊

Willis smith in the mental health department is such a joke, I am dealing with postpartum depression and he has went MONTHS without seeing me, when he did see me he told me after I was expressing how difficult it is dealing with ppd while having no help he told me “so how do you want to deal yell or I can set you with someone else” and then proceeded to kick me out of the room saying I was attacking him when I told him “ I would like if I could have regular appointments and medication” when he was called out on his medical negligence he kicked me out of the room. SENT ME HOME WITH NONE OF MY NORMAL MEDICATIONS and told me to FIGURE IT OUT. May someone help you that is NOT WILLIS SMITH that man should not be ANYWHERE NEAR people who have postpartum or any other mental health issues. This man is NOT fit for this job and the amount of unprofessionalism blew my mind.

They never give you an appointment for the next day. Every time I call them ,they say that there are no appointments and that I have to wait for months to be seen by a doctor.

They make you wait hours and then once they call your name they deny MEDI-CAL. Spoke with Alejandra at the front desk and she had an attitude. No help at all. What kind of health service is this? AVOID THIS PLACE.

I get hung on most of the time, I never get my questions answered! They have many people sitting at the front desks and yet it take 30 minutes to get through just to make an appointment! I do not recommend going here unless you absolutely necessary! I give them no stars! And this is just for the front desk people! I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star if I could post this and not give a star
