Expect long waits for appointments with primary care physicians. (Maggie at the front desk is the only reason I gave 1 star. She's amazing they don't deserve her!)

Desert Urgent Care is a disfunctional joke! Both times I saw Kevin Kennedy PA-C he was rude and made extreme rude comments about my symptoms before coming in to patient room to see me! I am filling a formal complaint with IEHP and California Medical Board! Stay CLEAR of this urgent care!!!

That is NO WAY to treat any patient!!!

This place is always so unorganized. I have never had a normal time for an appointment for my daughter. They either have you waiting in the waiting area or in the exam room for hours. Her last checkup I was there for a total of almost 3 hours. Most of the staff is super friendly and I know it's not most of their fault. The older man doctor is so slow and has no regards for his patients and anytime I ask what is going on no one has an answer. They make you waste your time with appointments like people have no lives or other things they need to do.

Literally here as I type this review. The wait time is ridiculous!! Like we have things to do. My appointment was at 9:45 it’s 11:10.
It’s empty in the office. And they take so dam long.

Don’t get you TB test there! Had to wait 20 min while employees were on the cell phones for a 60 second procedure. The MA asked me questions that were already on my form... and then proceeded to stab me and inject me for 3 times the time the needle was in my arm from the other 10 TB tests I’ve had in my lifetime. I’m bleeding and in pain.... never have I been in pain after 20 years of mandatory TB teacher testing...
She didn’t care and didn’t offer a gauze or anything... if you are with CVUSD are anyone, do yourself a medical favor and go elsewhere for you TB tests or anything

The only great person there is Maggie, she’s a 10/10. Much love and respect to her. BUT THE WHOLE SCHEDULING DEPARTMENT TEAM 0/10 THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I’VE CAME ACROSS WITH FOR COUNTLESS REASONS. They’ll have you on hold for over a hour, hang up, and laugh about it. THE TEAM NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS AND TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION…

Dr Colangelo (Janelle) spends so much time chatting away a storm with a non-patient instead of focusing and treating patients!!! Office is empty and I now know why! I arrived at 845am and had to walkout at 1020am!!! Almost 2 hour wait with an empty waiting room! I do not recommend this doctor!!!

My mother went into this clinic to follow up with her blood pressure. She said the clinic was very clean, the staff was very professional and the doctor was very kind, attentive, and thorough. Very happy with the care she received here .
