She’s awful. All she cares about is her patients weight. Very condescending to heavier people. I took my mom to her appointment and the first thing she told me as she walked in the room “ you’ve gained weight”.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Bajracharya for over 5 years now. I find her to be a wonderful doctor! Kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Her support staff, particularly her nurse Anton, has been very helpful and kind as well. Dr Bajracharya is the best PCP I’ve ever had, very thorough! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else, I’m thrilled to have found her! As with all PCPs on Cape, getting a quick appointment can be difficult at times. That’s the only negative.

Very upset with this office, mostly with is answering service. I’ll write another review about the doctor and office after.
Operator 81 as he told me over the phone was exceptionally rude, and even with me apologizing for not understanding his question he was still very rude and short of temper. I believe if you work in the customer service business you should at least have some patience and communication skills especially dealing with patients. So operator 81 I don’t think this is the job for you, think you need to work on your manners first and maybe have a little more heart and kindness in your life to work with people in the health care world.

This is the rudest office I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls, they don't act on medical requests, and when you call to find out why, they tell you - THE PATIENT - to stop calling. Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional. The doc herself is mediocre. Its upsetting that there is such a shortage of primary care providers on the Cape, that we have to settle for low quality care.
