They should have stayed in the dingy building they’re causing more harm right now than good. Office manager dictates what kind of care the patient gets? What happened to meet you when you are?

Update: 2 weeks after posting this tenure, after being admitted inpatient for pain related issues on 11/4. After trying to get clear communication and my basic monthly pain med sent into the pharmacy I got a call back from actual staff, not call center. They sent in my request to the pharmacy on Tuesday and said to call bank if I need anything else. The pharmacy needed something from the prescribing doctors and I ended up paying out of pocket. I got a call from the actual office manager today and will meet with him tomorrow. He says they’ve called and talked to everyone on their end. I just didn’t have that experience. I told the office manager I will edit my review after we talk. I do believe in what they are trying to do with their treatment plan but it’s not for everyone especially if you’re getting your mental health & physiotherapy somewhere easier for you to get to. Their intentions seem to be good, the treating staff is excellent. As while it feels like they’re trying too hard to be something they can’t fulfill.
It used to feel more like personalized treatment but feels more like I’m being herded around with a group of people that hurt like me.

I just read a review from 2 months ago that is similar to my experience and also the tone I was experiencing from Ronald’s voice when called me after being the Savas clinc that the office manager and/or treat doctor to call me asap. As I was leaving Savas at 11:00 am, 3 hour appointment (again) a fellow paint was vocalizing her frustration and exhaustion. Ronald was not there as he said he would be. I brought to of my support system for this appointment and am so disappointed. I loved the quality of care we had the first 5-6 months of this year. Ronald please contact me at your earliest convenience. For now I would highly recommend you reduce the amount of patients you’re hearing at once. The providers have for the most part be very good.

I have been a patient with Savas for 4 years .. The one in Hemet . My Doctor was Jamie . At the Hemet clinic, they were Amazing. The staff and doctors were very understanding to their patients. And listen to theme. Never had a problem. Now ever since they are and now moved; very to the San Jacinto location. They are not understanding to their patients at all . They have a new program. Which I do understand and get . I was in the program about 2 years or so back over the phone . When COVID hit. As I had gotten switched over to the new location, Yes I did try and do the program. I love the chiropractor part of the program.. I just Didn't feel Comfortable with the behavioral specialist. I do have my own to do see . So I felt no need for this . I had asked if I can just not do the program and go back with my main doctor in Hemet. Who I had already had for 4 years . Ronald had got Very Upset , that I wanted to leave the program. I explained to everyone one there , That I would give my spot to someone who can benefit from it more than me . Which is would be the right thing . He was so mad . He had gotten very Hostile with me. And very Angry. Even when I had even mentioned that the Program Is Not MANDATORY.. And I spoke with IEHP . Yes they do offer service in finding another doctor. And you'll still have 3 months with them till then . I did mention thats why I have insurance, my primary doctor would also be able to provide me with resources as well . From there he yelled at me And told me Now I HAVE 30 days to find another doctor and Told me to get the *uck outta his office. And now I only have 30 days to find another doctor. I was very startled and scared how he came at me. All Because I didn't want to do the program.. Ronald is like 6'6 in Height. I am Only 5'5 165lbs . I felt very Belittle, and scare In No Way Should anyone feel pressured to do a program or feel ashamed and scared, just because they choose not to do a program. They should be more compassionate understanding and respectful to their patients

Have been with Savas before it was called Savas. Two locations so far with mostly the same providers and soon to open a closer Temecula office. I have had them as my pain management doctors for three years and am very impressed at how much more they have done for me than any other facility of its kind. It’s a real office with real providers who obtain medical equipment as needed, prescribe appropriate medication as indicated and are very kind, compassionate, and approachable. I’ve had a great experience with their billing and Prior Authorization/Medical Records department, too. The providers (and I almost always have the same one) obtain necessary referrals to specialists and order additional imaging as required. I enjoyed their Center of Excellence as well when I was well enough to use it and their massage therapist was top notch. I don’t have any complaints relating to the experience there. I would (and have) recommended this place to family and friends.

Took my mom to her appointment. We sat in the waiting room for just under an hour before being called back to speak with the provider. After being seen by the provider my moms pain level had increased drastically that she asked the front office if she could just schedule her next appointment and be able to go home. One of the MA went to ask Helen, who I can only assume in the office manager in charge, if my mom would be allowed to leave before going and speaking to all the other services in the program. From the opposite side of the front desk Helen proceeded to very loudly tell her to inform us that she would need to see all the services regardless of the amount of pain that my mom was in or she could be taken out of the program and just be scheduled to see the provider and pay out of pocket. I then informed her that we could hear everything from the other side of the office and all she replied was that she was aware and that my mom would have to been seen. Patricia D was the next service my mom had to speak to and she was pleasant. She could visually see that my mom was in extreme amount of pain and went through her question as fast as she could so that my mom could leave, which she had also offered to call my mom to ask the question before Helen forced my mom to stay. After that the chiropractor on site was the next service did not even provide his service because he said that he could see the amount of pain my mom was in and also stated that he would cause more damage then relief. I do not believe that being a provider that handles pain management for patients in pain should have a office manager that is demanding a patient to stay when they are not even able to sit let alone stand without being in extreme pain that every one in the office could notice.

I can’t believe they’ve gotten any reviews over 2 stars. Those reviews must be from Savas themselves. My primary doctor (Dr. Zeledon) was not helpful. At all. Other than asking me how my pain was (from 1-10) every month. Administratively, they are a mess. I’ve left several messages over the past 6 months and have NEVER received a return call. I’ve always had to keep calling back until I can finally get in touch with a human. They schedule me in over 1 month increments when they know I can’t go several days without my prescription. And when I call several times trying to get a refill, they treat me like an addict. Unbelievable. Of all my providers (primary, cardiologist, dermatologist, etc.), Savas in by far the worst. I would NOT recommend Savas to manage your pain. I will leave on a good note….Dr. Harrier was great! She spoke to me. Trying to put my pain into context, so she could help me with ways to mitigate my pain. Problem solving. Imagine that. But unfortunately, she was just filling in for someone.

Dr Zeldon and his staff are great! The dr really seems to care about his patients and has personally helped my son and I manage our pain. They helped us with getting our approvals and authorizations quickly. They are one of the best dr offices in town that cares about their patients!

I have been coming here for 7 years almost and I used to love this place but now I am beyond disgusted with how one sided and heartless they are. It's OK for the doctor and staff to take off and do phone appointments for when he goes on vacation or is sick but yet if we the patient is sick or family sick with covid or a family emergency happens they DO NOT CARE! They will not work with you. You will be told come in with a mask or reschedule. When my husband had a ruptured brain aneurysm and subarachnoid hemorrhagic stroke and had multiple surgeries they did not care and made me go in, when my uncle was on life support they did not care and made me come in. When my son is sick running a 102.7 fever they do not care I got told to come in or reschedule. But doctor wants a vacation and then we get told we have to do a phone appointment and sometimes it would be for 3 months in a row. These people show no grace. They do not care about anything except getting money. When I first started they seemed to care but for the past couple years now I really do not feel they care about anyone just the money. After everything today I will be talking to my insurance company regarding this. Because the last time I talked to my insurance they told me they were supposed to work with us as the patient. But they seem to forget we are people.
