This place is a complete joke and I’ve seen my share through the years. But this place is THE worst. No one here really cares. No one follows through and lies or makes up stories once confronted. They’re shorthanded with staff and the owner doesn’t really care and won’t hire more workers because it’ll cut into his annual salary and bonus. Good luck reaching someone on the phone. Good luck receiving a callback after leaving repeated messages. Good luck getting Keisha who’s short-handed without any assistance or Kyle, their so called office manager, to callback after repeated phone calls. I even went in to the center personally because I left several messages and voicemails for 2 weeks. And guess what? It took another week to get a callback lol. It’s funny but it’s not because all this place cares about is billing insurance companies. Savas and their Nurse Practitioner tries to prescribe meds & procedures that are unnecessary in order to increase their profits while billing insurance companies. I’ve been waiting over a month to get a callback to schedule a procedure. And also been waiting 3 weeks to get a callback for them to submit a request for Physical Therapy. knowing they’d be shutting down their entire office for 2 weeks for the holidays, I was so proactive to avoid this mess and further prolonged delays they’ve created for dropping the ball again & again and over & over. Who does that? Who closes down an entire PM center for 2 WEEKS? Savas is one of the reasons our healthcare system is so out of control. Because Savas gets away with this crap knowing they can and there’s no repercussions nor accountability, so it’s a win-win for them. But it is a lose-lose for us all because it’s the only PM center covered by our insurances in the Coachella Valley. And please don’t get me started on all the Insurance companies who have us all handcuffed. Dear Savas, please don’t bother responding back to this review with a candied coated response with the same phone number or email address you fail to responded back at. Because we all know you suck and don’t really care and by responding back with your comments, it is just another one of your big fat lies.

I have been seen by Savas for many years. I was seen by the previous Desert Pain Management now Savas. My recent visit is the second worse visit in all these years. My regular Doctor was out for the day and I was seen by a P.A, who treated me like a drug addict. She didn't listen, didn't answer questions and was blase about the whole visit. My appt is scheduled 1 month in advance and she made me sit in the waitingroom for over an hour, and I had to ask why. When she came into the room she looked perturbed because I made her work. Her assistant was not professional at all, she sat on the exam table crossed legged and was on her laptop. My next appt was given to me, no query as to if the time or date was OK for me. These people were unprofessional, and I'm very disappointed in Savas for allowing these two to work there. If they are so unhappy, maybe they should work elsewhere. In future I will refuse to be seen by them, and I will complain immediately to whomever is in charge of this office.

This is probably the most mismanaged doctor's office I have ever dealt with. After my 2nd consultation, I tried for over a month to get an appt but no one ever picks up the phone or returns calls. After finally getting a hold of someone a month later, they said since my consultation was over a month ago, I have to come in for another consultation before I get my 2nd treatment. I told the lady that I have been trying for a month to get an appt but she says that's the doctor's protocol and refused to set up a treatment appt. If you value your time and health, AVOID this place at all costs.

Dr A is great. I have requested alternatives to medication and they have worked with me. They treat the whole patient. I received electric stimulation, cortisone shot in my spine,there is psych care, nutrition care and chiropractic care. The staff have been kind and professional.

I was a patient for over 10 yrs. Got a new insurance company, and they no longer took my insurance. After fighting with my insurance for over a year, I was able to return. The entire staff are all helpful and pleasant. The doctors take the time to listen to your issues. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Savas since 2017 while recovering from cancer. A cancer that has left me with an incurable condition that leaches my bones of calcium which also causes skeletal pain and all over muscle pain much like a full body Charlie horse.
Everyone there at Savas has done what is needed to help me professionally and I have dealt with several different doctors and nurses over the years.
I have recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Rashon. She is professional, pleasant and kind she has gone above and beyond to help me. She is so very much appreciated, I have a new found appreciation in the clinic, Im glad to know she is there.

I’m a new patient here, my first appointment last month went very well with Dr Ailinani! And my follow up appointment yesterday 11/15/23 went great! He’s a very understanding Dr and is managing my chronic pain I deal with every moment of my painful life, however, the staff always fails to send the pre-authorizations for my medication to be filled! Last month it took 7 day for them to send it, and I’m afraid this month will be a repeat, no matter how many times I call they don’t answer! You can’t even leave a voicemail, and when you do they don’t call you back! IEHP cant even get ahold of them! So even though I had my appointment yesterday that went well, I had to go through severe pain and go in person to tell them just please send the pre-authorization! Cause they don’t pick up the phone! After being treated very poorly by the front desk man Ramon, who should be ashamed of how he treats people already going through so much, I finally spoke to a nurse who promised she would send my medication/ pre-authorization right away, come to find out medical Rx didn’t receive anything, I’m not trying to be difficult, but I can do their job, I don’t have that authority! I just need my medication sent properly so I can pick it up on the day it’s supposed to be ready so I can have a piece of mind and go out of town with my family for thanksgiving, I hope they do better, not just for me but for others who go through the same situation, they can at least answer the phone, cause I went in person today for nothing, other than causing myself severe pain trying to do something they should’ve done, time being I’m still waiting for the pre authorization..wonderful Dr! Unfortunately unhelpful staff. Please do better.and please help.. understand.
