Staff is excellent and the biggest positive is the way they work with the self pay patients. Self pay is less than 100.00 it is substantially less than other clinics. Unfortunately the phone service will be shut down on occasions, and at times when the pharmacy needs a code or further info, the communication can be terrible. I have been waiting three days for office to rectify the issue. Neither I or the pharmacy has heard back. I have been waiting for medication refills for three days.

3 years... For 3 years I have been passed off, ignored, unheard and in such tremendous pain I was starting to pray I just didn't wake up. Not one time did any 1 of 10+ doctors address my symptoms because the test they looked at instead of me told them I was fine... God forbid you ask any of them to help you be comfortable or to address pain.... It was always at that moment I would be referred to see a psychiatrist. Told my psych meds weren't working because I was getting depressed... Never once having anyone put the pain into the equation as the possible cause of my shift in mood and ability to function regularly. I literally was borderline suicidal and being told I was going to end up in a psych hold by my primary....she told me if I wanted "drugs" I would be referred to pain Management... Like it was a bad thing. Yes please!!! But "They are going to drug test you.. I hope you know that?" Umm ok. Not once did I say I wanted drugs but I was desperate. I got the referral to Savas without a diagnosis and was prepared for the typical experience I had been forced to accept as normal.

Savas... I am not sure how you did it, but you should train the industry because the difference between what I was experiencing and what happened when I finally got to your office was night and day. Here is what I mean.

The very first thing I noticed was your staff.. all of them... Smiled. At me, at each other... I did not even know that other places didn't have smiling staff until you guys reminded me how much I needed them to.

Next, the MA didn't walk in with her head buried in my chart and telling me what I was feeling. It was so simple I was floored. I got to tell her why I was there.

Third,.. she listened to me... And I was so very used to the gaslighting that I came prepared to plead my case as the crazy person I kept being told I was and thinking I would have to convince a stranger that I was feeling something no one could see that when she immediately took me serious and her face showed compassion... I cried and thanked her and she cried with me.

Fourth... Dr. Anna... What a fabulous person she was. She came in after the MA had spent 30 min talking to me and I saw her glitter boots and appearance and was at first concerned that she wasn't taking this serious. Wrong .. shame on me. She not only took me serious but saw what I was seeing and countless doctors, my family and the world told me was in my head. Without me having to convince her something was wrong with my hands... She saw what I saw and again . I cried.

They stayed with me for over an hour and the clinic closed while I was in the room and I realized this as we left the room and I was brought to the lobby to wait for my referrals and to schedule my next appointment and felt bad that I had held them past closing and was geared up to try and explain to a bunch of angry office staff why I was grateful for their time.. not necessary.

Still smiling.. every one .. to me and to each other they showed me grace that I needed more than anything that day. They gave me hope and literally somehow looked at me and saw it .. my pain and my decline and they had no idea that I was so different these days than ever before.

They said it would be ok.. not because they had some magic wand and not because they gave me meds. I did not want them at all.... That is not why I came and they believed me when I said so. They gave me hope, compassion, and most importantly... Validation.

This is an office and a staff that has not forgotten what the point of their job was .. to help people. They all knew.. all day and each time since that first day. Every phone call, appointment and interaction with this office is healing to me, they are the only doctors in this entire valley that seem to remember they are the ones that we rely on to feel better and can literally save people from suffering and they work hard to do this. Referrals from this office are so quick and I'm just so grateful for all of you for caring about me.. you saved my life. Thanks for all you do for me.

I don't know what happened here. I have been going to the San Jacinto office for years. After they merged their Hemet office into the San Jacinto office, a ton of shady changes were made.

Now, they force you to take on all these other services like mental health counseling, chiropractic, and acupuncture. I'm a cancer patient at City of Hope and was only seeing Savas for pain management. They knew this. I told them that I have a laundry list of issues that are being taken care of by COH and that these new services will be conflicting with my current treatment plan.

They literally dropped me as a patient, denying me service because I told them this. I don't know how this is ethical or legal. I wouldn't be surprised if I got a notice of class action legal process in the future.

If you have any other options, take them instead. I got lucky that COH has a very accommodating pain management department that took care of me right away.

They do no answer the phone. Just to see if anyone would answer, I called 8 times and checked all 8 options and not a single answer. I left a message on 3 of the options and it’s been 4 business days with not a single call back. In fact I’ve literally never been called back. I’ve had to drive down in order to talk to someone each time. And when I get there, there are multiple employees just chatting with other employees. Why not answer the phones? It’s also been 3 days since I went in and non of my medications have been sent over to the pharmacy. So I’ve got to drive down the hill(40 minute drive) just to find out why.

Not to mention, the turnover rate here is the craziest thing I’ve ever seen. When you see somebody, you can almost guarantee that the next month That person will be gone, and somebody else you’ve never seen before will be taken care of you.

I’m not asking for the highest level of professionalism, I’m just asking for some level of professionalism.

Also, if you come here, you are going to be pressured into joining their program. They will tell you that their program is about an hour and a half, but really you will be there for over three hours. They wait until they are open before they have a team meeting about the days patients. Why not do that before your doors open? Why make your patience? Wait until you are done having a meeting that could’ve been held before we all showed up for our appointments?

Fix these issues. I will update this review as time goes on

Not, recommended for best pain relief care. They take 5-7 business days to submit any type of authorization you may need for medication. If you need to reschedule an appointment good luck.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ana. I am so thankful I was sent to SAVAS. The phrase "pain managent" left a bad taste in my mouth until I saw Dr. Ana. The staff was so helpful. I had a problem with my breathing while getting checked in. They got me water and made sure I was OK.
The entire team impressed me with their genuine care and concern. I am looking forward to the many services they offer.
Thank you SAVAS and Dr. Ana. You are lifesavers.

I want to share my experience with the Savas clinic in San Jacinto as an IEHP patient. First, I must emphasize the excellence of Dr. Nikachina (Dr. Nik), a pain management specialist at the clinic. She has been instrumental in helping me manage my chronic pain and has truly raised the bar with her skills and expertise.

I am an occupational therapist with both a master's in OT and an MBA in HR Law. I have extensive experience managing medical offices and training staff in medical coding and billing practices. I have never faced any complaints from my employees or patients.

Unfortunately, my experience with Savas Clinic has been disappointing. The office environment is chaotic, with an overcrowded and hot parking lot, an inefficient phone system, and a filthy waiting room. The office manager is incompetent and can not communicate with patients effectively. The clinic seems to prioritize pushing treatments onto patients rather than respecting their choices.

During a recent appointment, I was inappropriately reprimanded by the office manager for being 15 minutes late, despite having informed them in advance about my delay. The manager’s behavior was demeaning, and he even went as far as to block my way when I attempted to leave. This incident was witnessed by other staff members and left me shocked and distressed.

Overall, my experience at the Savas clinic has been disheartening, and I feel that the management and organization of the clinic need significant improvement
