Don’t judge a book by its cover. I have been going here for years, since they opened their Framingham location. It may look like it’s a random Dental Office located in Downtown Framingham (a lot of judgement comes with that) and although you aren’t immediately greeted at the door this is the best and only Dental Office I will go to. I’d travel to come here. The Dentists are AMAZING very knowledgeable and although they are super busy, they take their time with you. They work fast which is needed and are VERY thorough. The Dentists will be very honest with you and will have a treatment plan that is fully explained, directly after your checkup. I say in the chair for Dental work and didn’t even realize my procedures were over. My healing time and soreness was minimal but they prepared me as if it would take a bit. I have a tooth that he didn’t feel comfortable pulling (he won’t touch it if there’s a chance something will go wrong) so he referred me out and I was somewhat sad about hahaha I don’t want to go anywhere but here. Again, this is an dental Office you can trust. I am happy I found this office.

Side note, they are all human. I said you might not get greeted immediately when you walk in but that is a double edge sword because you know they are busy and taking their time with a client that is on the phone or are making sure they are in a good spot to stop with the paperwork they are doing so I don’t mind the immediate Hi.

Also want to say, these Dentists can laugh and smile. I am saying this because that gives me a sense of ease to feel that my Dentist is a human and not a robot.

All in all GREAT office with GREAT people!

First It looked nice , then they never called me back as they told me they will check on my insurance , but It looked like my skin color wasn’t much welcome. I went to another dentist and was worked on since the ladies used to pick up my call but they just left it on the side once I mentioned my name. It kept on bothering me and yet I was in terrible pain thank God Iam now well

I have been a patient here for several years. My daughter also uses their services. I cannot say enough about their care. They make visiting the dentist pleasant and worry free. They are professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I have never experienced such professional and caring treatment. On a scale of 1-10, I rate them a 10.

Started going to the brothers Sawan dentists, downtown Framingham center when I was 35, I brought my kids, Nikki and Katie, my wife Heather. I am 73 now, I have had cavities, pulled teeth, and root canals. The brothers and their staff are terrific. great service and friendship over almost 40 years. They have treated me like family, Thanks folks.

Highly recommended!! My kid is really fussy, but Dr. George made her feel very comfortable...he explained all the steps that were going to be done before the procedure. He knows how to talk to kids..very friendly! It was great! Definitely we will return!
