This doctor is really good at his profession, I'm not sure about his customer service skills. I think he’s been professionally Underrated, And the complaints seems like related to the office management rather than his professional skills. Charlton office has its own problem managing the patients, and Dr. Sayko has already moved out of this office And works at Herrington family health center at Harrington hospital.

To get a response or call back is irritating. Been calling since Sunday leaving messages and it's Friday now. Again had to leave another message because all other lines were busy taking calls. What's to point in a voicemail if they're not going to call me back 🔙 to square one. Finding a new primary care.
