First, let me be clear, I do not make it a practice of writing bad reviews. Look at my record. But I am very disappointed. I placed an order 16 days ago, and only after I emailed them twice and called them three times did I learn the item was out of stock and could not be found. The nice customer service person cancelled the order, but explained it as if they were doing me a favor. Yes, they did apologize, but I needed this item two weeks ago. This is beyond disappointing. These are medical supplies! Need better accountability if they plan to do well in this medical supply business. To be clear, this is a review of WholeSurgical.com, which is a part of SBMedical.com.
