Dr. Rachel Lape is amazing! She truly cares about my child, explains everything to me when my kid is sick, offers suggestions and advice, and just has so much love for her job and the kids. She has been my daughters doctor from the day she was born and she’s 18 months now. No complaints and would highly recommend her to anyone.

ALSO: The nurses that work there are amazing as well! ♥️ They joke around with you, and just get a kick out of the kids!

Lori has been more kind and genuinely helpful than any other doctor I've been to. Plus, the two assistants that help her are great to talk to. All of the people there are very nice and helpful. I've been been working with Lori for about 6 months now and I'm very satisfied.

They are not giving covid vaccines for babies at SBL(6 months and up). I found out that there are other pediatric clinics in the Coles county area who are. I am disappointed in fact that my provider does offer this treatment

The neurology office is full of amazing kind people who see you as an individual. They listen and personalize treatment for you. No bandaid approach here. Dr. Alao is my new absolute favorite doctor since my first visit almost a year ago.

My Dr. Is ok.... But if you like to be treated with respect good luck finding that here.... Front desk and nurses are very rude over the phone and in person. Every time I have had to call my Dr. I have been treated with disrespect as well as checking in to my appointment. If you have to talk to a nurses ever pray to God its not a important reason..... Never going back.
