These people are total scammers. They didn't tell my mom that she was out-of-network until the day of her appointment. So she SHOWS up to the appointment and the admin then tells her she is out-of-network. She obviously wants to utilize the insurance she pays for every month, so she politely tells them she is going to find another provider that is in-network with her insurance and leaves their office. She then later receives a bill from their office for a NO SHOW ($200 and she never even saw the doctor, she never even got past the reception and was in the office for less than 5 minutes) even though she showed up to the appointment. TOTAL SCAMMERS! I am reporting this to the medical board as well!

Dr V was wonderful! HOWEVER the staff especially Jazmine the surgery scheduler. So unorganized or having the ability to explain and guide or communicate politely. My sons surgery was rescheduled due to office not obtaining prior auths or signatures from me. THEN the day of surgery told I have to pay $1077 out of pocket or he cannot have the surgery. Mind you we live in Bakersfield and was told he has to have surgery in Valencia. Moving forward, we had the surgery. Jazmine continues to schedule us at the Valencia office even though we discussed several times we want to go to the Bakersfield office since it was just a post op. Now they’re trying to charge me for no shows bec of their mistake. I eventually gave up trying to get in until my son started having complications and we
Deserve the follow up. Both office told me that they won’t schedule me due to no referral. I called my sons PCP they reached out to SCENT and sent told them they won’t schedule him bec we have an unpaid valence of $1077, I said that is impossible bec we paid that the day of his surgery bec your staff told us he wouldn’t be able to have the surgery if we didn’t pay before! I’ve been going back and forth since w billing leaving messages to everyone no calls back I finally called again today and she sent a message to billing and said she would get back to me. THIS HAS SERIOUSLY BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!

Don’t go….Bad bad bad…office practices. I was an 8 year client and spend over $8,000 during that time. I showed up for my appointment and was required to sign a document with my credit card number. I have never had to do that in the years, I said I will pay cash. I have no problem paying before seeing the doctor, so I said let me pay cash, they now wanted more cash deposited for maybe future appointments, I guess! Wow they are out of their mind. lol. I was there for my appointment and wouldn’t let me see my doctor without paying a lot of cash, so I left. Oh, and now they send me a bill……I need to sent them a bill for changing their policies and wasting my day…..please find better!

I brought my minor daughter to this medical office for a consultation and was extremely disappointed by their financial policies. Despite my regular specialist visits costing only $25, this office requires all patients to leave a credit card on file. If you decline, they demand a $250 deposit. Refusing both means they won’t see you and will charge a $250 cancellation fee.

These policies suggest their priority is profit over patient care, creating an unwelcoming and stressful environment. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this practice to others.

I have never been there was the first time I scheduled and appt and cancelled to cancel it and got an email with a $250 cancellation when I have never been there or have let any credit card. Doesn’t make sense and not right when I was not aware or signed anything. Will have to contact them and have them remove the charge. Never coming here for sure.

I booked an appointment for my daughter and unexpectedly i was sick to take her to the appointment.
When i called to reschedule the appointment on that day they are charginh 215$ for last minjte rescheduling.
I had to put on a mask and go the appoinment.
I wouldnt go here again when cant accomadate reschedulings.

I can’t express how grateful I am to Dr. Sedat for giving me my life back! For two weeks, I struggled with severe sinus congestion that caused constant headaches. I couldn’t breathe, sleep, or even work out. After multiple visits to urgent care, all I received were nasal sprays and cough medications, none of which helped.

Then I visited Dr. Sedat. In just 15 minutes, he relieved all my congestion and headaches. I felt like my energetic self again! Thanks to him, I finally got a full night’s sleep last night.

I made an appointment with the doctor Amolis. I have had ongoing ear infections, ear pressure problems for ONE year. I told him my concerns and he tells me it is pregnancy rhinitis. I have been pregnancy for 6 weeks. My problem has been for one year. Then he proceeds to tell me this issue is not going to kill me and to hang in there. I let him know that I have been like this for one year and I actually feel okay for the last 6 weeks and he just kept mentioning this issue is common with pregnancy when my issue has been going on for one year. I have been waiting to go to an ENT before I was even pregnant for this issue to just be classified as being a pregnant side effect when I am seen and having to pay $130 this the visit. Disappointing.
