I've had nothing but bad experiences with this office. Every time I call, it's a nightmare. The staff is rude, they act like you're a burden, and they hardly let you speak without interruptions. One morning, I tried to call for an hour, and somebody was picking up the phone and hanging it up. Yelp reviews actually show this is a common occurrence too. I tried to advise an office person that this was occurring. I was being polite and calm. I just told her I hate calling in and this is why, and literally in the middle of a sentence she hangs up on me! They are so rude and they don't want to fix it either. I think most of these Google reviews are fake or paid. Just call in yourself and see how they are on the phone.

Dr. Brown has been treating my husband for serious bladder issues for the past several years. From the first consultation in March 2021 through the many follow-up procedures since then, we have found him to be an incredibly approachable specialist. After every procedure, he takes as much time as necessary to explain the findings of his in-depth examination and suggests an appropriate course of action, always taking into consideration what he believes is best given my husband's age and existing medical problems. Everyone was very nice at check in/out, even though we had gone to the wrong location and we were late! Dr Brown was awesome.
