The whole experience at Select Physical Therapy was great! Brandi, at the front desk was always kind and helpful. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me recover from my ailment. The entire experience was wonderful! I would fully recommend them to anyone and would return if I ever need to.

Horrible experience. Had an extremely painful injury to my dominant hand (extensor digitorum) that was causing 9/10 pain from my fingertip to elbow. Clinic was not busy they were socializing when I came in and joking. Receptionist insisted that I fill out numerous paper forms with no help in spite of the injury to my dominant hand and when I asked for help with the forms she said they didn’t offer that. I sat down and struggled to attempt them with my left hand then she eventually grudgingly helped me. Therapist was also extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone under any circumstances. I worked at a pt clinic as a receptionist in college and used to frequently help patients with their forms if they asked no matter if there injury was to the hand or not. No compassion to be had here unless you come in to socialize regularly I guess.

Brenden is the most effective physical therapist I've ever had. He is professional, knowledgeable and easygoing. He makes me feel comfortable and confident in my healing journey. I've learned so much, I love coming here. Polly is incredible, she makes scheduling hassle free. She makes appointments to fit around your schedule, as a busy mom I appreciate that. You quickly become like family here, I highly recommend this office.

My daughter is being treated for hip injury and she is a dancer, Brenden is awesome! Polly takes very good care of scheduling an appointment to fit your schedule. We followed our PT person, Paul from another company to this company and so far satisified. Now even a more bonus, they have a PTA that is a ballerina! She is familiar with a dancers body and movement, my daughter absolutely loves all 3 PT's at the Lexington location. I highly recommend, especially if a dancer! I feel confident they will get my dancer back in motion safely and strong!

These folks are FIRST CLASS. Brandi, Kat, Allison, Brendon, Stacey and Natalie have been nothing short of EXCELLENT!! They all have been instrumental to my recovery. The care and attention they provide is something you just don’t find anywhere. They definitely know their craft. I’m in the auto body repair business but these folks are really body repair specialists. Thanks again to everyone who has helped get me back into pre-fall condition.
