1.Was on hold for 20 minutes just to ask a simple question! Hung up, called back and they answered, so I guess they forgot about me on my original call.
2. I don't use my machine because of the face mask giving me headaches and was told I am not allowed to get a different mask unless I want to pay 200+ more dollars. Wanted to return the machine so I don't get charged for renting a machine I don't use, but I can't simply do that. I have to go to my Dr. for a paper that says I have permission to return it. 🙄
3. The person that originally helped me with the machine and mask was super helpful. I would give him a 5.

Company responded quickly to my doctor's order. Got an appointment right away; Brandon was informative about how to use equipmen̈t and that I needed a different mask in first week. Thank you Sentry staff.

My Grandma had her main unit go out tonight (Easter Sunday). Justin was quick and efficient. He was also very kind and wasn’t upset we interfered with his holiday evening even though we felt awful. Thanks Justin!!!! Ashley and Carole

They won't service my prescription for an oxygen concentrater because I live off grid. Even though I pick it up there. I requested tanks for back up because I live off grid and could have occasional electricity problems and they said they can't service me at all... I was told they don't service people who live off grid. Seriously? Unreal! They said they would send my prescription to another company but I haven't heard from anyone....

I've had a problem with them in the past not documenting a return. I was able to provide proof of return.

Be careful with this company.

The local Sentry office offers very high customer service. Heather and Jaime helped me today and were outstanding. Thank you!

I agree that your local customer service is great, but your accounting team and insurance team is extremely lacking. I now have a large invoice for a concentrator because you have not communicated properly. All of the issues I have with corporate Rotech could have been avoided with proper communication.

Today Heather assisted me and took the time necessary to explained how to use the units. Even with a full house Heather spent the time needed to educate me on the systems and how to use it and maintain the units. Was very friendly and made it less scary of having to use these units. No one ever said getting older was going to be fun but always nice to have good people that care. This is who Heather is a caring and informative worker and we are lucky to have Heather as an agent for Sentry Health. Thanks for making these trying moments not so scary.

I came in this morning and was greeted by Heather. She listened to my complaint and fixed my issue with my oxygen unit. Heather was very professional and a great asset to the company.

Recently got a new script for oxygen. The driver showed up and was very informative and helpful. I believe his name was Justin in the show low office. I was very pleased with his professionalism.
