This place deserves less than one star! What a 🤣👏 so please explain what is the point of shutting off ones medication to get a person to do what you want? That's exactly what they did and they say you NEED to take your medication 🤷🤣🤣 NO YOU DON'T they shut mine off when I told them no I don't like this lady thstapy and they said ok you don't NEED medication anymore 👏🤷🤣
Then they called DMH and told my worker I was making them have a bad day 🤷🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was unable to get a virtual appointment, after being assured I could get one. I found this out on my appointment date. My appointment was supposed to be virtual in Northampton, Ma Service NET on 50 Pleasant street. I go into John office ( which I have access to) Get vitals and then see Dr.Mosheri on video (VIRTUALLY) . I HAVE DONE THIS COMFORTABLY BEFORE!
Dr. Mothering is now solely out of Greenfield for inpatient visits. I have no way to get to Greenfield. He has been my doctor for about 8-10 years. The coyoniity is very important to my mental health!

Love my therapist but the staff here is incompetent.. it's been 2 months since I have requested medical records. Every time I call someone higher up, goes straight to voicemail. You guys are seriously lucky that my therapist is the best I have ever had for the last few years. She needs to get a pay raise or look for a health care company that knows how to run a clinic. Just plain excuses on why they keep refuse to process my medical record request. It shouldn't take ANYONE 2 months to receive records that is rightfully theirs.

Therapist is amazing, give them 5 stars.

0 stars if I could for the front desk not picking up the phone. I have been calling for the last two hours, sitting as it cycles the automated b.s. and then cheerfully says goodbye as it hangs up. Does no one work here? This is not the first time.

I need a med authorized, and I cannot do that if no one answers.

Servicenet is a great place to go for mental health issues and help with living situations. Servicenet is the only place in town that actually has a shelter for the homeless
