I was very pleased with every communication that I had with the office staff. Scheduling and payment was a breeze. They accommodated my work schedule. The Project Manager's job inspection went well and the proposed work with cost estimates and options were detailed and easy to interpret. The prep team (mold treatment and air fan installation) did a superb job in one day. Clean up and air freshening created a safe and comfortable return to the home. The reconstruction job (mudding, sealant, priming and painting) by Douglas was excellent. After the work was done, a minor part of the job had been overlooked, was caught, and completed to complete satisfaction. The room is my new favorite space in the whole house and looks like the day the house was first occupied. Well done, all!

The past two weeks were spent in the company of one or more charming and very knowledgeable young men from ServePro of Upper Cape Cod.

Our overcrowded basement, filled with many cherished memories, unused "for now" items, Christmas decorations and most of our clothes fell victim to a broken pipe that went undetected for weeks. When it was discovered, we called several clean-up crews but the one that was able to service us most quickly was ServePro.

It was an incredibly difficult task for them as it involved not only the standard removal of vast loads of "stuff” but reassuring us of the safety of the procedure and to help us sort through and accept the loss of so much "treasured junk".

This they did with consideration for our feelings even when it involved more work on their part.

It was also discovered that there was a similar, although lesser, incursion of this vile substance in our equally overcrowded attic space.

Two over-large dumpsters were filled with the contents. Here I must say a word about the dumpster service. Our drive is an abomination. In the past we have had to park a much smaller dumpster on the street, but each of these were placed in the driveway with great skill and little damage to the surrounding foliage.

Our original crew of Johnny who helped me sort through what was salvageable and what was not, Kevin general task man and Andrew who as project manager had to deliver bad news in a way that made all seem for the best, was joined by Dave who spent at least two full days carrying bags from the attic stairs to the dumpster non-stop.

The items that could be salvaged were left in such a way to make them much more protected and accessible. They even went so far as to assemble some shelves that were wrapped and therefore safe to use.

Due to our family consideration, we were forced to delay the final reconstruction step of the project, but I am sure that it will be as
anticipating similar fine results.

A final mention should be made of Will, who was our initial contact, and Kristy and Collette who were our phone contact persons and contributed general feeling of support.

I recommend this company very highly and I am considered by many tough to please.

After the washing machine let gallons of water loose on the main level of my rental property, causing water leakage into the basement, SERVPRO of Upper Cape was very quick to respond and begin mitigation. They also handled all aspects of the reconstruction and managed the communication with my insurance adjuster. Being an out of state owner, they removed A LOT of stress for me in this circumstance and made the whole experience very manageable for the tenant. At no point did I feel like there was any price gouging or upselling. I highly recommend, and am so grateful to Colette and the team for guiding me through it all!

We hired Servpro of Upper Cape Cod and the Islands to remediate a mold situation in our house and were satisfied beyond belief. My wife has been sick from a serious mold situation that we discovered in two ceiling areas. After environmental testing, Servpro came in to help rid the environment of any residual mold spores and mycotoxins. The guys who did the work, Ed and Jacob were two of the most personable and hard working guys who really seemed dedicated to doing a great and thorough job. The results were very clear. We retested the air quality using the same, independent environmental testing company we used initially. The results were one of if not their best results ever. The epa allowable limit is 500 and we tested at 20. Really incredible results. The peace of mind that it has offered my wife and our entire family has been immeasurable.

Recently, we had our chimney capped at our Cape Cod summer home to prevent the intrusion of wildlife during the winter months. Unfortunately, the company that performed the work neglected to inspect the two flues to see if there were already animals living inside the chimney. Shortly thereafter, our alarm company reported the motion detectors were signaling something moving throughout the house. After two alerts, I went to the house to see what was setting off the alarms. When I got there I couldn't believe the scene before me. Two raccoons had been trapped in the house (because their chimney entry point had been capped), and had torn apart the kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and soiled the carpets, walls, and windows with blood, urine, and excrement. It was a complete disaster. After the animals were removed, ServPro came in and cleaned, disinfected and sanitized the entire house, but more importantly, cleaned the carpets so well they did not have to be replaced. The price was fair, and the crew was on time, professional and highly efficient. After two days, it really was like it never even happened.

I contacted Servpro in July of 2024 with a water issue in the basement. They were quick to respond and remove the affected area. Their work resulted in a beautiful new floor and the walls were restored as well. All workers were professional, hardworking, and went above and beyond to insure complete satisfaction. Had a leak that caused major issues in our church restrooms. ServePro cleaned, dried, disinfected, removed the ruined sheetrock, then restored and repainted the restrooms. Today, the restrooms literally look like "nothing ever happened!"
