We recently had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO for mold removal and remediation. Two of our three bathrooms were infested. I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, they were courteous, prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. Every team member was respectful of our home, kept the work area clean, and ensured we were updated at every stage of the demolition and clean-up process.

A special shoutout to Shannon and her team—they were absolutely outstanding. Shannon led the project with clear communication, attention to detail, and a level of professionalism that gave us complete confidence in the work being done. It’s rare to find a team so punctual and dedicated to keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Thanks again to Shannon and the entire SERVPRO "demo" crew for turning a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. Now, on to the next phase with SERVPRO... repair and restoration.

Paul Gutierrez came today to our home as we recently woke up to a flooded kitchen and bathroom over the weekend. Two other plumbers had came prior and couldn’t find source of leak or extent of damage. Thank God for Servpro Walnut who figured it out, and I can’t rave enough about Paul who they sent out!
