I visited a family member here and was treated great at the front desk. Everyone was courteous and informative.. I gave 4 stars because don't know much about the interior programs.

My father in law was recently there for rehab in house and the bed had not been made a few times when I visited in the afternoon and it smelled so bad that I had to walk out of the room. He was rushed to the ER and when I went to collect his personal belongings his hearing aids were missing. I have tried multiple times to contact the administrator, director of nursing and the unit he was in and no one will return my calls. If you have the unpleasantness of having a family member have to stay there, be sure that you don't leave anything of value.

If I could give negative numbers I would. The facility itself and the care staff were good, however, management is severely lacking. I have been trying for over a year to get a billing issue resolved and cannot get anyone to return a call. They will lie and say they will get back to you, but not once in 15 months has anyone called back. The management is unaware of protocols during hurricanes and afterwards. We placed a family member there due to positive reviews, but regret it very much.

I went to Seven Hills Rehabilitation Center to check on a friend who recently suffered a debilitating stroke. As a caregiver who specializes in “comfort care” I know first hand just how invaluable the treatment which works to protect your body, mind, and spirit truly is; and I was comforted to see that care in action at Seven Hills. Patients appeared relaxed, comfortable, and well adjusted as they faced a variety of health challenges which lend themselves to despair. A special thank you to the receptionist who greeted me so warmly, and to the young woman who went out of her way to personally escort me to my friend’s (beautiful) room!

This was my first time visiting. My first impression walking up was nice, clean upon entering the place it smells great and looks even better in the lobby. The front desk clerk greeted us with a smile that was out of this world. She was extremely nice and helpful. From the time we entered everyone you pass speaks to you and I like that. The staff was friendly, helpful and my brother seems to be pleased with the service and care he's receiving. The facility has so many different areas for therapy. All and all it is clean, well managed and has a great staff and would recommend it to others. Thanks for all you all do. You all are greatly appreciated.

I love the staff. They’re very nice and friendly and very helpful. I go see my mother every day and every day they are upbeat and courteous. The place is pretty clean no bad smells thank you guys for helping my mama.
