Appalled is pretty much all I can say. I have had her for a while, but I have not been to her very many times considering how rude she is. I prefer to go to my gynecologist because she is way friendlier and more helpful. But there are some things that I simply have to go to my primary health provider for. She is a terrible doctor, I am just simply disgusted considering every encounter I have had at her. My most recent one being the most frustrating which caused me to write this review. I have to get a tuberculosis test for my new job that I would be starting in a month, and when I requested the test from her she literally just wrote on my file that I'm not her patient anymore and she can't do that for me. She did not even consult me directly or anything, I actually had to call the nurse to even find out why she hadn't responded to me about the test yet. She is my only primary healthcare position and I literally couldn't go anywhere else to get this done. I tried calling urgent care, the nurse advice line, and many other people to try to get this sorted out. This is so frustrating to me since I need this tuberculosis test to even start my new job. Instead of trying to come to a resolution with me she straight up just told me that she wouldn't help me. She claims it's because I haven't seen her in a few years but I don't even understand how that's relevant considering I have lived out of state for years and they know this. I ended up having to go to my pediatrician who I haven't been a patient for in over 15 years and they were able to do it for me. Simply unbelievable. I will never be going to her ever again. I do not recommend this doctor to absolutely anyone. In fact, I highly recommend against her as a doctor. She has never been friendly or helpful in any encounters I've had with her.

She has always been a little rude but I didn't mind because she was straight to the point and didnt sugar coat things. Last time I scheduled to see her she passed me off to someone else day of because something came up for her and did this to all her patient's that day which is also understandable. Then recently I had a phone visit that went fine. This week I tried to make a appointment for a checkup and heart concerns and was emailed back saying I wasn't a patient of hers anymore and it was made in a way with no reply option. When I called the office to clarify (last month i got an email about her moving offices and to call if i had a problem scheduling) they said the phone visit and visit where she basically canceld last second didn't count so the gap in which I have physically seen her was too long to consider me a patient. Very unprofessional.

She has always been safe with doing full panels of blood work every year, and has given me great referrals. I’m not sure about the 1 star reviews on here—each time I’ve seen Dr. Sevilla, she has been extremely thorough, kind, explains everything very well and answers all of my questions, and judgment free. She isn’t quick to push meds on you, and encourages natural and healthy ways to improve your health (when appropriate). I look forward to my visits with her and can’t recommend her enough!

RUN!! She is the most unkind, unprofessional doctor with no bedside manner. She looked at her computer the entire time and asked questions that had nothing to do with the appointment. After she was done asking the questions she got up to leave and I asked her if we were going to address why I was there. She looked perplexed and said "Oh, what?"" WORST experience I have ever had with a physician. She was rude and arrogant and did not like that I had information on the vaccine I was there to get. Her and the Medical Assistant were very unfriendly. The best part of the visit was the woman at the front desk who saw I was upset after the visit and referred me elsewhere to a kinder physician. Please do yourselves a favor and find a better suited physician who actually likes her job.

Best GP I’ve had in a very very long time. Open minded. Very well spoken. Articulate. Empathetic. LGBTQ friendly. I am transgender. I have received nothing but the best care in every form, from not only Dr. Sevilla but her entire staff. I highly recommend!
