The Framingham location was easy to find. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The technicians were very confident and experienced. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. There was ample parking and also several restaurants nearby (we arrived an hour early, so stopped for a bite to eat before the procedure.)

The staff was extremely helpful, at every step of my journey. From booking, to check in, through the entire procedure. Everyone was super nice and really helped make a stressful situation as smooth as possible. The space was very clean and as relaxing as an MRI can be.

The nurses are well trained professionals who really want your visit to go well. The check in staff is fine and the waiting room is okay. Honestly, what happens in the MRI is the most important thing so a bland (3 at best) waiting room isn’t a big deal.

Although they were doing renovations and 5he machine was on the outside of the building in a box. The room was warm enough. The staff was pleasant and efficient in getting me in and out as quickly as possible.

The framingham location was excellent. The reason for the 3 stars was the way Shields took more than 2 weeks to put my appointment through do to them not working with my insurance company. My insurance company had to call them multiple times. Someone at shields is not doing there job!!!
