Nice small reception waiting room. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was told they were running 40 minutes behind. 40 minutes turned into 65 minutes and not seen yet. Only evenings and Sunday available and 9 days later for new appointment. People nice and courteous. However, I wouldn't go back if I had a choice. There didn't seem to be any communication between the receptionist and the techs in the back. Maybe just a fluke.

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING AND NEGLECT OF RESPONSIBILITY!!

I made an appointment with Shin Imaging Clinic stating specifically that I wanted a bilateral imaging screening (mammogram) done. They even confirmed with me that they would need the doctor's order to proceed with the appointment. I e-mailed them the doctor's order that specifically stated that he only ordered a bilateral screening. When they confirmed that they received the order, I made an appointment on the phone with them for a bilateral screening. They even repeated my appointment request to me on the phone and confirmed it is for 2d imaging only.

When I went to my appointment, I began filling out the forms and saw that the forms also included a consent to a 3D imaging. I told the man at the front desk that I did not want to do a 3d test today and asked how I should fill out the form. He said, "If you don't want to do the 3D, just don't sign that form". After receiving the billing statement from the Company, I noticed that they were charging me for a bilateral AND 3d imaging screening. When I discussed this with their billing department, they said that the form that he told me not to sign was not the correct form. He LIED and gave me incorrect information costing me an extra charge.

Additionally, when I handed my insurance card over to the man at the front desk, I asked him how much today's screening would be. He said that my screening is "completely covered". I asked him to double check and verify my insurance one more time to make sure it was free and he said yes TWICE. I was lied to TWICE in a row by this man!!

Now I'm being charged for a bill that the clinic said would be covered fully in addition for a service that my doctor and I stated that I do not need and will not be doing. We have called billing department multiple times. They always promised to return my calls but they never did. The billing department said to call the manager. I have called the manager and they did not contact me at all. I have been completely ghosted on their end with no resolution to my bill that I wasn't even supposed to pay for in the first place.

This clinic is actively avoiding responsibility to their own customers. If I knew this screening would cost money, then I wouldn't have chosen this business!

Dellyn and the interns were fabulous! They made me feel very comfortable to do my exam, answered all of my questions appropriately, and explained the process (e.g. when gel would be administered, pressure would be applied, how long it would take, etc.) thoroughly. Would highly recommend to others and would return to the Fullerton Clinic again (and hopefully they’ll have stirrups for examination tables)!

Had a scan done at Shin Imaging with Dellyn Hannah, she was very professional, very detailed, made me feel comfortable and at ease. She continued to ask me if I was comfortable, letting me know what she was doing, how much more time it would take, very caring, I couldn't ask for better care. Everyone from the front staff, technicians I felt very welcomed and well cared for at all times. Highly recommended

I got a referral and called same day to see if they could take me within 20 mins (as I was nearby) and Kirsten (Kiki) was amazing and got me in right away!! When I arrived she got my insurance situated and I was seen within record time- like 11 minutes!! The tech, Dellyn, was so nice and professional as well!! Highly recommend.

I went in for an X-ray. I was greeted right away by Brian and Claudia at the front desk. They were quick to check me in and get the process started. I didn’t wait long. Gwen the X-ray Tech was amazing.. a couple of snaps and I was out of there. Great place and very friendly staff!! I would highly recommend it.

I thought Shin Imaging was clean and effeciate. Parking was available the people weee nice. I thought Dellyn was professional and very courteous and knowledgeable. Im would go back again if I need some work to be done

I started to write this review but accidently sent with a blank review. My son & I have been taking turns calling since last Friday 3/21/25. Wow, rings forever like 10x, prompted to #5 for fullerton, still rings, prompted to #6 for Buena Park, still rings, prompted
to #1 for appts, still rings, forwarded to vm, vm full, so frustrating. Now at least vm works. Left info for an appt, no response or call back. Now, asa I sent this blank review, got a response so fast. Why can't I get a call this fast for an appt?
