My mom was well cared for while she was at Shoreline. The facility is well staffed and they were very attentive to my mom’s needs. Anytime I had a question or made a request, they were very quick to help my mom and never appeared to be bothered by my requests. Julie, our case manager, was especially helpful with communicating to my dad and I about my mom, her needs, and understanding potential issues with our healthcare provider. My dad’s English isn’t the best, but Julie was incredibly patient to listen to my dad and made sure to understand his concerns. It is sad that my mom’s health necessitated such a facility, but I am thankful that Shoreline did everything possible to make my mom comfortable.

I rarely write reviews but Shoreline Healthcare Center deserves to be recognized for its wonderful staff and facility. They have a great team and strive to make every patient feel comfortable and cared for. Jessica Martinez, Arlene, and Erika are among the people I had the pleasure of interacting with. Today I met Magali at Shoreline Healthcare Center where my sister currently receives treatment. Although I am not positive what this wonderful persons title is, she was kind and respectful to everyone who she came across. The facility is welcoming and clean, so who ever runs this facility great job.

Shoreline is a 5 star facility over all! Great customer service, place clean, smells good. Staff very attentive and professional with patient care and families. Cna’s are great, Nena always carries a smile. I never seen a place where office people answers patients call light. This speaks highly of the administration.

Shoreline Healthcare Center, exceed my expectations in every category. All staff that I encountered while my loved one got situated was respectful, humble, and most of all caring. They go above and beyond to work with the needs of patients. I have heard nothing but praise for the staff from my loved one whom is a patient at this facility. Simply a pleasure. Facility provides skilled services, rehabilitation and dementia care. Jessica DON is very caring and Gail rehab director with her team was amazing, did a good job to our family member who was admitted for a couple of months.

Had a great experience at this facility, the staff is caring. Despite the size of the facility it offers lots of services that accommodate the needs of its patients. I will always remember Jessica Martinez, she is exactly what a knowledgeable caring healthcare worker should be.
