From pre-op joint class, to being released after knee replacement surgery same day, 2/3/25, ALL staff members were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, comforting, and efficient. They were all helpful and smiling and took away my fears. This is my second experience with this hospital. The first being the ER. Again, very professional and totally impressive. Their compassion and excellent care made a huge difference in my experience. Thanks to each and every one of the staff members I dealt with.

My wife and I visited the Dignity Health urgent care facility on three occasions over the last two weeks. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, friendly and professional. You don't need an appoinment and there are rarely other patients in the waiting room. They take the time to properly evaluate your medical needs. We highly recommend Dignity Health Urgent Care.

I had a barium enema procedure. The people helping me were wonderful but the initial equipment they used was faulty which created a fiasco. I felt like I had landed in a mud wrestling competition. Extremely awkward for me. But they kept trying and finally got proper equipment. I know it was very challenging for the 2 people helping me as well but they held their composure and helped me stay calm and we got through it. The doctor was in charge of taking pictures and removed himself from the messy glitches and came back when they sorted it out. I could tell he was frustrated with the situation but kindly refrained from exasperated outbursts which I believe he was on the verge of. I don’t think this kind of thing happens very often so I guess I drew the short straw that day. Grateful for the kindness of the crew on point.

Had 3 surgeries over 6 weeks and my pain was barely controlled or recognized. Each time I had surgery it is like the hospital did not share records and my pain was not managed and was incredible. I hope no patient has to go through the pain went through. I share this being another nurse but wow this was a crazy, hard, painful experience that was not addressed multiple times…

In September through December 2024, I became a new oncology patient. The hospital admissions and medical staff are friendly and efficient yet there are warning signs at this medical building that houses the cancer ward, that "aggressive behavior will not be tolerated". Here in the lobby check-in area there's always an armed, uniformed guard, or two, and they're "more than ready" to quell or make a show of authority, or they're bored to death. The second time they searched my purse, they confiscated a printer's blade for cutting paper. SHeesh.

From day one when I went to the e.r. in late Nov. I was treated with great respect. Everyone from the ladies that admitted me to cna's and nurses and doctors in the e.r. the ladies that drew my blood. And when I was admitted the nurses and cna's that took care of me in my room prior to surgery treated me great. Dr. Luma who did my surgery along with the nurse's that worked with him. I could go on and on. He did what the first 3 doctors couldn't do. The follow up with him and his people around him was great. The short amount of time it took me to rehab and go was a 3rd of the time as any of my prior times. I want to say thank you and may God bless you all.
