I love this place. They are always on top of my medicine. The staff is super great and caring. I have been with them for 2 years. I switched from Walgreens they have the worst customer service the staff is very rude. And here I feel at home. Never had a better experience at a pharmacy till I went here to this pharmacy. Thank you

My mom just finished explaining to me how rude the lady behind the counter in the copy section was to her. My mother is the most sweet person and does not deserve that. As a pharmacy you should really watch how you treat your senior community, its easy for a small mom and pop shop to run out of buissness with bad customer service. That's the only reason why I even told her she could feel comfortable to go alone. Retrain your staff or you'll be out of buissness in no time.

I switched to Sierra a couple years ago, and have never regretted doing so. New prescriptions rarely take more than ten minutes, much less than what I was used to at CVS/Walgreen's/Rite Aid. The staff has gotten to know me, too, so they know I sometimes take more than a week to pick up refills and don't pull them right away, and they recognise me when I walk in and often have my order waiting by the time I reach the pick-up window. They also are great about dealing with my doctor, and are much more proactive than the big names; if something hits a snag, they call me and let me know rather than waiting for me to call them to figure out what's going on. The only drawback is the shorter hours, but that really hasn't been a problem and doesn't come close to undercutting all the benefits.

Went in there to make copies although they are a bit pricey . $1 first copy them 30 cents per after....
They were professional, place is clean and they seem to have supplies in stock and have pharmacy staff on one side , the other side is a mail shipping assistance
