If I could give 0 to brockton hospital emergency I would of.OMG worst ever place to go if you have a emergency I will say do not go there.it’s better to drive to BMC.My Mother have terrible chest pain in a rate of 9 out of 10.We been there since 8pm can’t believe 12:20
still not calling my mother to see someone smh.When I asked a Nurse when my mother will be see not even thinking say around 3am or 4am she will be see someone because there’s no bed ready.Like woww seriously at 12:30am that’s when I know my mom will be see around 3 or 4 am. We decided to leave nurse want to take vitals for mom.😭Staffing very careless they don’t even seem care about those people who are suffering.The Hospittal need to hire more people give them more money.because they just sitting be on phone then people suffering on the waiting area for nothing.If anything happen to my mom it’s will be on that place hands.BAD EXPERIENCE ZERO ZERO FOR THEM.Even their wheelchair are not working 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

My son was born here back in January. He was six weeks early so there were a few complications that lead to him having to stay in the NICU for a few weeks and the staff there was incredible. All the nurses were so friendly and so attentive to us and my baby. I was there so frequently this place became a second home to us we really got to know everyone and see the care and effort they put into their jobs everyday. Thank you everyone there for making a rough time a little easier and getting our baby boy healthy and strong enough to come home!

I honestly don't know how this hospital has such a poor rating. This hospital caught and saved me from a serious infection called cellulitis that was in my face. Around my eye was so swollen, I had no idea what it was! I came to the emergency room and was taken in almost right away! They gave me a CT scan and found out what it was. I was kept for two nights and everyone took such great care of me. It literally takes a team of people and every single one of them did a great job! From the EMT workers, the transporters, the Doctors, the nurses, the food runners, etc. Literally everyone was great! I would never want to go to any other hospital if I ever had to go back. Thank you Brockton Hospital for keeping me safe and catching what could have been deadly.

If I could do a zero, I would the people who work at this hospital are workers who don’t qualify to be in real good hospitals if you send your loved ones there, they won’t let more than one people visit them at a time even if they’re on deaths door, they don’t care people in the ICU are rude and heartless. There’s one or two OK ones but it’s filled with pretentiousness and I’d rather die then suffer in their hands .. transfer your loved ones ASAP .. renovations ?…. What a joke .. place will always suck !!

When the box to type your review comes up it says to share your own experience. I wish my friend could share his experience. He can't because he died and I believe this hospitals incompetent staff is partly to blame. If you have a heart condition this is the last place you want to go because it might be the last place you ever go. The vast majority of nurses on floor 2 are disgraceful, rude and incompetent. The younger nurses were better, much better but the older nurses just didn't seem to care, no compassion, no empathy. I cannot stress enough the poor quality of care received.

It took five phone calls to make an appointment for an eye exam for my aging mother. My mother herself, who has light dementia, could not navigate the system. I love to help my mom but calling during the work day is almost impossible for me. Having to speak to five different people to make a simple eye exam is ridiculous, time consuming, disrespectful of others time, and stressful.
